  We had an amazing experience with Sean and his team. From start to finish we closed on our home loan in weeks which was important because we were working hard to beat out a cash offer on the house. As soon as we received any forms we signed and returned them and team Psaradelis did their part by keeping the deal moving quickly. This is the second time we've used them to make a deal on a house and because of our experience, I'll never go with anyone else.

  Sean and his team were fast and helpful through the entire process. As first time home buyers we needed a lot of guidance and they gave us just that. When our closing date was pushed back due to a low appraisal they worked hard to get us to close so that we could move before our lease was up. We would 10/10 recommend.

Just as important as the great rate is, I appreciate the upfront, personal and consistent communication you can rely on with them. During this COVID-19 time we’re all dealing with now, it’s even more challenging for self-employed business owners to secure a loan.
