  Eric and his team got our home to close early. They worked quickly and efficiently to ensure we kept the ball moving. And it did. They were even available to assist on weekends and odd hours throughout the day. Keep up the good work guys!

  Oleg was able to close everything smoothly and on time. It seems like they have a huge team but everyone is great at their job. The loan process can be stressful, especially doing a 1031 exchange, a 20 days closing time but Melissa, Oleg and the team pulled together to get it done in less than 20 days. They were able to offer a great rate for the investment property as well. This is the second time time I've done loan through Oleg.

  Oleg was so helpful and teamed us up with Danielle who was very attentive, nice, and answered everything we needed very quickly. She explained the process as we went so we had peace the whole time. We were impressed with how fast we closed and the rate we were able to get. We will definitely be referring our friends and family to Oleg. We are very thankful we did this! We had a lot of questions and hesitations for many years about whether refinancing was for us or not. Oleg really explained and broke it down for us so we felt confident moving forward.

  Oleg and the team were incredible! We closed in 2 weeks and everything went smoothly. We got a great rate on our house. Tina was amazing at her job! Very informative and easy to understand.   Oleg Tkach and his team were absolutely wonderful to work with. This was our very first house purchase and, if that was not stressful enough, of course our decision to sell our condo and buy a house had to happen during a global pandemic. The Tkach Team of experts communicated each step of the processes we encountered as we encountered them. They kept our expectations up-to-date and were always transparent as COVID requirements fluctuated. After all was said and done, I am happy to report all our transactions were completed in as timely a fashion as possible given the current state of the world.   Outstanding service!!! 10/10 :) Oleg and his team are the best. From day one to loan closing they were by our side. I’m not sure if they ever close, because no matter what time I called day or night someone was always available to answer my calls.
