  Christine was the best! She made the mortgage process easy and stress free. I was so unsure of buying a home and if I would even qualify, but she took the time to listen and explain everything. Very Friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. Im beyond appreciative!

  I was told to contact this company to have them work with me to purchase a home. I reached out and spoke with a person by phone. I explained how I need someone to work with me to get this done. I was told they would do whatever was needed. I filled out their paperwork 6 months later, I get their holiday greetings emails, but I have had ZERO follow through. I hope they treat others better than they did me.

  Had there not been a global pandemic during our loan application and closing, I would've still been impressed with how smooth and worry free this home loan process went! This was in no small part thanks to our mortgage consultant's diligent overwatch of the process and responsiveness in helping us gather documents and coordinate with the escrow company. Even after hours or on weekends, we received excellent support and not once felt like we were rushed or worried about something being amiss. 5 stars indeed.

  My wife and i are both veterans, we wanted to use our VA home loan... we tried a company that claimed to be a company for veterans and claimed to have solid knowledge of the VA process... turns out they ran into too many issues and were a complete waste of time. So we contacted Jeff Judy he was able to not only get us a loan for the place we loved but he had tremendous knowledge and referrals to the right people when we did catch a snag! If you want someone that has resources, communicates and gets things done I highly recommend Jeff Judy! Especially any veterans trying to get a home loan!

  Christine Goetz takes her job seriously and is dedicated to helping you as fast as possible in the most informative way. You can ask her as many questions as you like because she is someone you feel comfortable talking to, from my experience she genuinely cares about helping you. She is very organized and reliable and will stay in touch with you constantly throughout the process while maintaining a good level of professionalism.

  OMG - what an experience! There were so many difficult circumstances surrounding my re-finance, but Christine was an ABSOLUTE rockstar! She persevered through every new angle thrown our way, and kept a positive outlook that was stronger than my own. She helped me to just keep going, despite the difficulties surrounding the situation and the transaction. I would recommend Christine to everyone for a refi or for buying a home. She was an amazing ally.

  David Sundquist is a miracle worker as are all the people at Capstone Mortgage. He did an exceptional job walking us thru our first home buying experience. Even with the challenges the COVID19 pandemic presented, David and his team did not stop fighting for us, working above and beyond to help us close on our house. Extremely grateful for the hard work and dedication. It's been just about two months in our new house and we could not be happier!
