  What an AWESOME job Steve Sanchez & the Team Mortgage people did for us! Thrilled with the personal service, constant communication & their professionalism. Steve did a terrific job getting us the best rate & best deal--Very fast, on top of things, took care of all our needs,responded to emails/phone calls & questions promptly. Extremely knowledgeable.   I have purchase several houses and used Team Mortgage. They do an excellent job and always work fast to get your mortgage closed. Their staff is a pleasure to work with. I recently bought a lake house with them and they were amazing to work with. I will continue to do business with them.

  Thank you Team Mortgage Company so much for getting me in my new home. . . I tried going through another mortgage company that could not get the deal closed and the mortgage lender actually referred me to Steve Sanchez at Team Mortgage. I also worked with Robert Nadeau and Matthew Peterson, they all were great and quick to respond to all my emails even if they did not have the answer at the time they still replied to let me know that they would get back with me. I got a great interest rate and closing fees were cheaper than they were with the previous company I was working with. Team Mortgage Company is awesome!

  Tom and his team of experts at Team Mortgage works early morning and late nights to get the job done! This team doesnt sugar code anything. If your serious about becoming a homeowner I truly recommend this company. ( side note- tell them you want Dan Calvin, the hardest working realtor in town!!)

  I worked with Team Mortgage on the refinance of my mortgage after a divorce. I was nervous and wanted to make sure I had a great rate and a reasonable payment.   Team Mortgage Company made purchasing our first home a breeze. I orginially came across them at the Grand Rapids Remodeling & New Homes Show. That's where I instantly connected with Portia who shared some information with me about their company. When my husband and I decided to take the leap into buying a home, I called up Portia and she connected me with Jeff who was awesome to work with. He answered all my questions and never once made us feel like we were doing this process alone. I'm so glad that we were able to work with such a great team. They truly keep you interest in mind and help you every step of the way. I would highly recommend them.

  Steve was A1 with my loan and purchase process! I cannot say enough great things about Steve Sanchez at Team Mortgage! He was accessible, accountable, he honored commitments on rates and fees, he had foresight and was proactive in seeking info and resolving obstacles that down the road that would ensure he would hit our close date (which was aggressive). Steve was additionally helpful in offer wholistic options that would resolve my problems, even introducing solutions outside of his area of responsibility, based on his experience within the home buying process as a whole. I can't say enough about how wonderful my experience was with Steve Sanchez at Team Mortgage. Steve consistently went above and beyond to make sure everything was on track and closing as expected. He was so friendly, professional and yet had an amazing personal touch too! Steve went out of his way to stay on top of every situation that came up and made me feel at ease during every step of the mortgage process. Steve was truly amazing and i would recommend him to any of my family or friends! Steve Sanchez and the people at Team Mortgage are top notch. Steve always did what he said, and more. Steve always got back to me timely. What an amazing experience! I know this probably sounds like a fake review, but it's not. Steve Sanchez is really THAT good!
