  Found Brett with Brick Financial through lending tree. I'm a little older with declining income and was having a hard time finding a lender that would qualify me for a refi-- and I was a little skeptical when Brett shared that he could take care of this--y'know, there are a lot of predators out here and maybe this was too good to be true. I looked up his firm online, read his bio, talked with him on the phone and felt a lot better about who I was considering a refi with. Brett took really good care of me every step of the way. Easy, calm, and generous with his time, answered all of my questions. Always easy to find via phone or text--found him couple of times on saturdays. I only communicated within him the entire time--didn't get tossed around from person to person. He qualified me and efficiently executed a new mortgage through Caliber. All together, our initial exchange, subsequent follow ups, application process, and final closing were excellent.   I am so glad that I opened that first email that Brett Yetiz sent to me on Saturday 9/11/2021. It was such a nice change of pace compared to the multitude of phone calls I was receiving. Right away I appreciated his polite, professional demeanor. He was able to promptly provide me with written concrete information, without the “smoke & mirror “ approach that I had heard from multiple other companies. Once the process of refinancing began, he was available to answer my questions via text, email or phone. He kept me informed every step of the way, and before I knew it, my closing was set up for Wednesday 8/29/21. Even the Notary was astonished with the efficiency of this team. I highly recommend Brett Yetiz & the Brick Financial team. Other companies talk about their seamless process, but this delivers. Thank you so much. Now the fun part of renovating my home begins 😀!
