  Can't ever just pay my loan over the phone. It's always an issue. Literally refusal to accept payments! Will NEVER do business with Tdecu AGAIN! If you're looking for a good credit union go to ufcu

  Small branch. Not enough employees. Glad they have a Spring location now, but they don't have the capacity to help more than one or two people at a time. I've been back multiple times and was told the wait to speak to a loan officer was over an hour. Wouldn't to this branch for major transactions.

  My experience at this branch with Kyla and her team was nothing short of amazing! Here you are not treated as another customer but as a welcomed guest with much kindness and respect. TDECU is an awesome credit union though nothing beats in person service knowing your are being well taken care of and pointed in the right direction. Thank you Kyla for all your help and I look forward working with y'all to assist me on getting my first home! 2 weeks ago^^^^ I came back today to have TDECU as my primary bank, lady in the front told me they could see me but I needed to set an appointment. That they could see me today but didn’t know how long it would take and I was ok with that but she immediately changed her mind back to I need to set an appointment. States that I just need to have an appointment set but then to come whenever... she mentioned Kyla is no longer there and that’s a shame because she cared and was happy to have me there, lady today could care less.

  I have always had great service from everyone at this branch. It is a smaller location so the in-person wait may be not up to others standards but that is with any FI. Always clean inside, they have treats for the kids (or adult kids like me), and an area for members to advertise their business cards. Plus, the music is nice so at least you can "jam while you stand".

  Don’t show up when the open because the sign says they open at 8:30a but I guess that’s when they also show up for work because they opened up late, bringing in their Starbucks coffee and food, and made me wait to turn on computers. 830 is an estimate not that actuality.

  I have never seen a more non Chalant staff. I needed to make a withdrawal to get something very important settled ASAP and the lady in front casually told me she can’t help because the “teller” is out for lunch and won’t be back for over an hour. And that if I wanted to get money so bad I should go to the other branch (which is 50minutes away) then another gentleman was just standing right there. Disappointing

  literally the worst credit union or bank that i’ve ever tried to bank at. they’ve lost my paperwork 4 times, and the employee it was email to has always seemed to have left the company before completing my account setup. if you are a business owner, do not make the same mistake i did.
