      Wow.....I was told that this was a good credit bank to help me boost up my credit, but after reading the reviews I'm not sure if I want to go here anymore. I was hoping for good reviews but all I see is one star reviews. If someone can tell me differently than I would like to hear.

      Mr. B. Rivas did an excellent job in all-out customer service. Despite a busy day before they close, he was still able to give us time to explain and process the needed paperworks for our refinancing. His patience is exceptional. For those who thought this branch is really 2 stars, let me correct you. Mr. Rivas showed us how customer service should be. So I give 5-stars to him and the service at this branch.

      We have a car loan with TDECU and have moved for employment to Alabama. We can not register the vehicle in Alabama without proof of ownership and have not received a provisional title from TDECU. We have called multiple times and are passed around and promised it’s in the mail. I have complained to no avail. We are driving in Alabama with expired Texas tags. I think the only way to fix this to drive 13 hours to Texas see them in person. If that doesn’t work then I will have to refinance the vehicle with a reputable financial institution. Make up your own mind about TDECU but I can promise this is the last time I will entrust them with my financial services.

They advised that you'll need to get with your local registration office to have them send a formal request to what they need to register the Ford Mustang in Alabama, and that our Title Services Fax number is 979-299-0364.       Well! As I look this bank up to write a review I certainly can't say I'm surprised that they have a 2.3 rating. I have literally been in this line well over 10 minutes and the staff behind the counter just keeps walking around like they don't see this line in the lobby getting any longer. There is one banker in here, one teller and several voices coming out the back. You would think at some point they would come out to assist us. It seems as though the single teller they have in the front is also the person working the drive through as well. This bank doesn't even have alot of customers, you would think they would go out of their way to keep the few that they have. Of course when I was finally called to the counter is when the other gentleman came to the front to start a conversation with the only teller. Just rude. It was only then a few minutes later that he started waiting on people in the lobby. This bank has alot of potential I certainly hope they get it together.

      TDECU Rosenberg has been great to work with the past 8 years! Dawn Franklin was our personal banker early on and she helped us with many transactions and always answered or found the answers to our questions. We’ve financed a boat, automobile, large personal loan, and now our new home with them. Their process was always so easy. We will be financing our daughters first automobile with them this coming month. Highly recommend them!

      This location is the worst location. I have already taken most of all my money out because of the customer service there. When I go there they lack service. When someone goes in person they expect to be able to take care of everything in the same day. If they start getting busy they tell you that someone will call you during the week. The whole purpose of going on a Saturday is to get things taken care of because you were busy during the week. Then a week later I never receive a call on an auto loan. When I arrived I was told that they could not take care of anything that I was asking to take care of the same day and then was told to wait for a call that I would receive on Monday to take care of everything. This is extremely inconvenient, and just because You got busy do you want to ask me to wait until Monday to take care of an auto loan that I was trying to transfer over to you? Terrible service. I usually use the Sugarland location because they are way better. I refuse to continue to go to this location and will make that extra drive because the customer service here has always been terrible. I did call home office directly to let them know the lack of customer service I constantly receive from this location. I do expectA call from that manager from that location. The manager was present the day that I was asked to wait for a call Monday. This is very unfortunate. I will not be returning to that location.

      Everytime I apply for any type of credit with them I'm always denied. But yet I have a nice size savings in my account with them, nice credit score and just purchase a new house.(through another company). That's the main reason I used them because of the great benefits from them. How can I buy a house and one week later they deny me for a car loan.

      Has to be the WORST AT&M in town, possibly even in the county. Each time I try to deposit cash and get denied I'm going to renew and DATE this review. 1st 1star review on 10.2.2021. Stay tuned to see how many times I update this review bc this happens often. I should have started this MONTHS AGO (yes, months). Mark my words, I'll be switching credit unions b4 2021 is over.

      The drive thru takes so long. I have been in line for over an hour Can’t go inside because of a sleeping child. No deposit slips available and only 2 lines have open signs. The one with out a open or closed sign continues process transaction, when a vehicle decided to go thru. BTW only a total of 5 vehicles in-front of me, in the 2 open lanes. Know that I’m sandwiches in I’m stuck!! There has GOT to be a better way.

      TDECU is not setup properly to handle customers. The customer has to do too much work to get anything done. It's just not normal. After belonging to other credit unions, I'm done with them and wish them the best of luck!
