Angeles Alvarez1I called ahead of time to change my payment information. I made a bigger payment than the amount die. On the due date, they took the payment again. Of course when the take money is automatic. But when its about them paying you back for an error on their part, it takes 5 to 7 days! My bills did not clear because they have my money!

Customer Service is poor , people hack into your bank account and you say something be prepared to receive a letter in the mail saying you have limited contact and get threats on police if you visit the branch... I switched to Shell credit and wow!!! awesome, professional and understanding!

Stacia Elise1I called to speak to the loan department because I made a $200 payment on my credit card 5 days ago. The money has been missing from my account for 5 days. I was on the phone with the loan extension for 20 minutes. The person could not tell me where my money is. He transferred me to another person who put me on hold for another 15 minutes. That person left me on hold until I hung up so that she could go home because the bank closed at 5. I was on hold 10 minutes after 5 before I hung up. This has happened to me before and it was not this difficult for someone to tell me where my money is nor did they leave me on hold. If you do not show the money in pending say it. I need to know how to proceed. This is not the first time I have issues with the staff at this location in reference to making payments.

Michael Delacerda1TDECU is by far the worst credit union to get a boat and auto loan. Seriously considering closing my accounts with them and moving on. Their processes and commitments to their loyal customers has been a huge failure and such a horrible experience for my family and I. Especially with the lack of knowledge their bankers have, has been such a huge inconvenience and also very costly. Never again will I reccomend them to anyone but will explain all of the troubles I've experienced. My grievance and frustrations are not specific to just one location but this pertains to at least three. I'm usually a fair and reasonable man when it comes to making mistakes but they dont deserve the least bit of credit whatsoever. If you're reading this please believe that TDECU is not a place you should ever consider doing business with.

Alfreddie Felder1The Baytown location was closed for an unknown reason on March 12 and 13, 2021. No email was sent to customers and no notice on company website advising of the closure. I called client services to try to find an answer regarding my question about the closure. I was put on hold and the representative never came back to the call. By the way, the ATM At the location was also not working. What is happening? I will be closing my account as I am not confident in keeping my $ in this credit union.

Roxanne Laza1The only reason I gave them 1star is because I couldn’t give 0! They are not willing to work with you during hardship like the pandemic! They will report you even if you have something already set up in place and say they can’t do anything! Horrible go with another creditor who cares and takes care of their members!!!!!

Captmick BEEN2C5As with the other 4 branches I've used, the staff/tellers/loan officers were helpful and friendly which reminded me of the personal and professional service I experienced in small banks during the 1960's. I really liked their merger of Birdsong Realy with their Mortgage department providing a one stop shop for most all of the financial products I need with very competitive fees.
