  Every 3rd of the month there is only two tellers. This is awful management! Why, on your busiest days would you have only two tellers??? The line is outrageous (every month)!!

  buying a house, so I go into the bank and ask them to print out a monthly statement and put a branch stamp on it so show the other bank its not something I printed off line. they say they can't do that...so after going back and forth a few times they agree after them giving me a lecture about how they don't do it and I should do my banking online etc and I told them another time that I would do that but it is required that I had a statement with a stamp on it this took about 20 mins since they had to get a supervisor to approve the printing of 1 page document! so when it was a lsaid and done they hand it to me with a nasty look on thier face as I stood there looking back at them I got a nasty face and is there something else i can help you with as I handed her back the paper she just gave me and lectured me on for 20 mins I asked for the 4th time can you put a branch address stamp on the sheet the whole reason I was there the whole reason I stood there listening to some stupid teller telling me what I should do as a customer.....if they are paying that teller more then Minimum wage they are greatly over paying her!!!!!!! I plan on closing all of my accounts with Bank of america this branch is Baytown is full of mouthy people that don't know anything about thier job or customer service.

  Worst worst worst bank ever, there is always 20 to 35 customers in line for 1 teller or two for the most, expect a wait over an hour to get to inhold of a teller.and the worst thing is that they are not short staffed! Its an everyday problem in this location. WILL EVER DO BUSINESS HERE AGAIN

  I have banked here for years but recently service at the drive through windows has gotten extremely slow. Furthermore it has been years since I could use a teller inside with any speed any time of the day or day of the month

  This place is the devil. I've never had to stand in line for so dam long at any other bank. Slow tellers, poor customer service. Charge for everything. It's ridiculous! Lines from the counters all the way to the entrance. Total nonsense! If I could give it a negative star I would.

  HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL. The Assistant manager and teller supervisor "JC" is so annoying. He purposely makes fun of the rest of the employees trying to be funny I guess, but as a customer I find that really annoying. When I go on fridays and there's a big line, he just stands around doing nothing at all or just joking and laughing with the other assistan manager, I belive her name is JANIE. Who's so unprofessional just like him. I'm thinking of canceling my account cause seriously is like I'm in a freak show. Lately I've had to drive pasadena or laporte for better banking. Hope they get rid of those two before they loose any more customers.

  I was assisted by Jonelle the teller. My transaction didn’t take long at all, but with the little time I spent there. Jonelle was extremely rude and act as if I was a bother to her.

  I tried calling the Bank of America on Garth Road in Baytown Texas 3 times within an hour to open a new account, and NEVER spoke to a live person. When transferring me (from the automated system to customer service) I was told to try again later and disconnected. I guess they have plenty of money, because they sure don't need mine.

  This place is horrible the worst customer service ever. They will not give no envelope when you get a cashiers check and is petty about the name for the cashiers check I told the teller put Mr. Wiggins on there she said that’s not acceptable went got the manager. Nobody ever treated me like this at a bank.

  20 to 30 people in line and only one teller. This is ridiculous! I get charged fees to use any service inside the bank but Bank of America can't even supply enough man power to take on their bank demands.
