We recently purchased a Certified Pre-owned vehicle from Ron Craft. We searched CarFax and Car Guru for weeks to find a good, late model SUV with low miles, a clean record at the right price. We found our 2017 Chevy Suburban at Ron Craft in Baytown. We went to the dealership on a Sunday afternoon to look at that vehicle and others that were on the lot. We went back to the dealership on Monday and were greeted by a sales consultant, Daniel Schopfer. We took the vehicle for a test drive and Daniel was very attentive to our questions about the Suburban and the Certified warrany that came with it. When we returned to the dealership I told Daniel what we were prepared to buy the vehicle with TTL and all the fees, all in for a certain price. He took my offer to Finance and came back in about 10 minutes with the dollar figure I discussed and I signed the deal. There was a slight glitch in finance with drafting on my Credit Union's so Daniel followed us to our CU's and picked up cashier checks for the total amount after which we took our Suburban home and Daniel returned to Baytown with the payments. Easiest vehicle purchase I have ever made. No hassel, no pressure. I got a great vehicle at a very good price. Highly recommend Ron Craft Chevrolet and Daniel Schopfer!

I am just like a bunch of other people that are disgusted with ron craft right now. I bought a Chevrolet Duramax in 2013 and was promised a discounted rate for oil changes for the life of my vehicle. I walked in to the service department today and the service tech asked me for my "oil change card". I never received or have ever used one of these cards for the 5 years that I have been going here. After a short disagreement with the service tech I told him that it was ok that I didn't have it, that he could just print me one out since I know that the contract is on their computer system. He then proceeded to tell me that they will not be printing anymore "oil change cards" out, if I were to have mine they would honor it but if I didn't, then oh well they were sorry. I then went to talk to "Done Deal Bobby Neil" the guy that makes things happen. Right? This guy is a piece of work. He did not care about my problem at all. He just told me that if I had a card he could work with me but if not oh well. He acted like my 5 years of discounted oil changes were enough and he didn't want to help me anymore. I have bought 3 vehicles from this place and will not buy anymore.

Overall experience was great. From initially walking on the lot until I drove out with my new truck everyone was courteous and helpful.

Worst experience I've had at any dealership. If you don't get approved or walk out with a vehicle they toss you to the side like a rag doll and move on the next "client". They don't wait for you to leave as a form of respect they do it in front of your face. This is why I would never go to Ron Craft or recommend them to anyone. I do HIGHLY recommend Davis Chevrolet on 610 and Kirby, so far I've bought my TWO Chevy trucks from them. You don't have to make this long drive to Baytown just stay in Houston, at least you didn't waste your time making the long drive. If you live in Baytown well sorry that's the only Chevy Dealer you have.

Just overall a very welcome place! Everyone stopped and asked if we were helped and not one frown in the place. Our sales rep was very professional and so nice and amazing in getting us what we wanted.

On last Thursday I went to the service department to see why my tire pressure light was on. No, one else paid me no mine. As, soon as Al Gomez the manager saw me he asked if I was helped and I said no, he apologized for that and he instantly got one his guys to check tire pressure and see if they could reset it. It didn't take long and the guy said it was something wrong. Al Gomez told me come back Monday and set me an appointment and said to ask for him. I went in Monday and did just that. Al Gomez was so kind to me and polite and professional and a man of his word. I wish more people could be this way. My tire air light is fixed and I am so, happy the way I was treated by Al Gomez.

I was trying to buy a truck from this place and never got a return call. The first day I was there no one would come out to help us until I asked for a sales person even though there was sales persons outside just playing on their phones but the choose to ignore me and my wife while we where looking for trucks for almost 30 mins. Then I went back so they can look my trade and never heard from them after that. Very poor customer service. Being from baytown I like to keep my busines local. But I gues they have enough costumers so they don’t need my money. If I could give zero stars I would. I guess lone star Chevrolet is earning my business since they call me almost every day. How ironic that both dealers are own by the same corporation but yet they have totally different costumer service.

The service department is horrible. I have taken my vehicle to them for the past 5-6 months because it has been problem after problem since the first repair they performed on my car and they somehow can not diagnose the problem with my car (yes, they told me once on one of my many trips that they had no idea what was wrong with my car). Shouldn’t a dealership that specializes in Chevrolet vehicles be able to diagnose what’s going WITH a Chevrolet vehicle? It started with them changing a radiator hose in my vehicle and then progressed from there. The manager for the service department is neither friendly nor helpful. We emailed him regarding the multiple issues we have experienced dealing with the service department and he was rude and was of no help. The service advisors are rude and not knowledgeable on anything car related. Don’t waste your time coming here and take your vehicle elsewhere.

Great car buying experience. Ask for Robert Longtine at Ron craft. He went above and beyond by driving out of town to get the vehicle I wanted. He kept me and my husband well informed during each phase of the buying process. I would highly recommend this dealership and Robert Longtine to all my friends and family. I will be back for my next vehicle as well.

HORRIBLE SERVICE AND A TOTAL SCAM!!!! Beware of buying anything from them, they sold me a total lemon and have refused to do anything about it now. Took my car for a routine checkup a few days after purchasing and the car was RIDDLED with issues. I was even told that it looked like they had intentionally tried to hide the flaws. Extremely disappointed. Choosing to buy a car from them ended up being a very expensive mistake.
