M B5I’ve been coming to this TD Bank for over a year now and thankfully I’ve always been welcomed and taken care of great especially in the drive through. The business hours are great for business for busineses who have caused yours like I do. I strongly recommend coming to this branch in particular . Drive through staff is the bomb :)

Unique Polo1Approached the drive through, did not receive a greeting. Danish looked at me as if I was disturbing her. After completing my transaction, her look of disturbance remained. Not even a closing greeting, not that I expected one after the initial approach. I understand that we all have bad days or even moments, however if you don’t like your job know THIS......ITS NOT THE CUSTOMERS FAULT, SO THEY SHOULD NOT BE EXPOSED TO THE EFFECT OF YOUR CHOICES. BECAUSE OF THEIR BUSINESS YOU RECEIVE A PAYCHECK! BE REMINDED OF THIS THE NEXT TIME YOU GIVE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Michael Guthrie1Karen Burke the a manager is a piece of work - and she was the only one who bothered to recognize me. She grilled me about my business, complained that my signature cards weren’t in file - as if that’s my fault - and at the end of 25 min, declared that the branch was out of counter checks. How does a branch run out of checks? She’d be better off auditioning for a role cooking Hansel and Gretel in the oven.

jeremie azougarh1Horrible experience banking here. They set up the wrong account and gave me the wrong card as well. Wasted my whole afternoon and had to go back twice just to have a useless account. They even had the nerve to ask me to comeback a third time when i was already out of the area after thinking i had peace of mind and then realized i was screwed. Not helpful for a cross country customer. I will be closing my account ASAP.

Cristian Juarez4Wasn't bad thus far. Just went in yesterday and only waited 10-15 mins for a customer service representative when there was 2 others in front of me. The card machine was down but the man (Ray) who helped me was very helpful and kind and quick. Only downside was the wait and the card machine being down, but it was a global problem.

Schayna DaSilva5Karl with a K👌☺ Was absolutely amazing! Someone that didn't simply "do his job" but genuinely wanted to help me. I came in with a prior dispute issue which he searched and reviewed the information, called whoever he needed to get in contact with and took care and control of the situation. He went above and beyond for me addressing other issues with my accounts while on hold. He didn't have to help with other issues but he genuinely cared and completely turned my day around. What may have been small and "his job" to him made a difference to me. Haven't met someone who works to help instead of works to work in a long time.

Daniela Sucre-Fairless1Greetings, The worst experience ever with a Financial Institution. The Customer Satisfaction Standards just don't exist specially for the Branch Manager. It is very disappointing to deal with "professionals" that have NO IDEA what they are doing! Simply the WORST in CAPITAL LETTERS!

Felipe1awful what they did to me. Everything was fine and I actually liked the bank. But, I had to close it. And, when I closed my account with this LADY(dont know her name), she assured me that the acct was closed. And then 6 months passed and guess wwhat, the acct was not even considered for cancelation. It was my fault for no checking before, but come'n. this bank is supposed to be serious. In other words, dont trust this people in this td bank. Go ahead and go to another but not this one...thank you !

angelina coulanges1My fiance and I have 3 accounts with them, and a TD Ameritrade account. We went in to have 2 small pieces of paper notorized. We walked in and waited OVER an hour! The entire team had been licensed to be notorized but on the GM (Rachel) had her stamp. Ok fine, well Rachel was with a customer opening an account and trouble shooting a simple issue any other associate could've taken care of. We left- she never even acknowledged us, she was too worried about losing her sale to bother.
