  I had a very bad experience in here. The take to long just to assist you. There is not way that someone has to wait 30 mn on line just to get cash out of your account. On top of it there was like 30 people waiting and one of the cashier just walked always, like are this people profesional? Or they just don’t care about their customer!!!!!! Incredible!!!!!!

  The best Service in Brooklyn, friendly staff and the guy who's name Chriss he was so professional and he know what he doing, Alexandria too she was so nice with me, so yeah this bank made me happy and that’s it ! That’s all I need

  I like this location but they do nothing to prevent Covid-19. Instead of turning off 2 from 4 ATMs, they just put the notification on the door “two people at a time, please” and literally nobody does it! There always 4 people!

  Very large and clean department. Good customer service. The staff speak in English and in Spanish

  Nice and clean building. But rude and INcREdIBLY slow staff and service. Must be where bankers on the bottom of the barrel go to work. Lots of new and working atms for those blessed not to need a teller.

  Lost my wallet and the guy told me he couldn’t give me a temporary card because my passport was expired. Went to another location and they told me they can easily authenticate over text and that that guy was just in a bad mood or something. COOL THANKS SO MUCH

  Slowest bank I have ever been there could be 1 person on line and the wait would be 20 mins then there be 10 people on line and tellers will just walk off or there will be 5 people behind the window just talking and there be a line of 20 people they just don't care

  I have a very bad experience in here, I don't think they are professional..... I came here like 1 hour before and I have an appointment with them but also they said I have to wait couple of minutes then I'm waiting they don't give me any service like 1.5 hours in mine time they solve lot of new customers when I ask they say me sorry they don't notice me🙄🙄🙄 and on the bank front of everybody they eat snacks 😤😤😤😤

  Business of hours are not posted on the door and the day after a snow storm, their side walk is not shoveled.

  Was on line for 15 mins. And one of the workers there has the authority to let her new customer skip me and make me wait another 10. Would give zero stars.
