  I came forward 2 months before my due date. I explained that I moved and my receipt was was lost/stolen by the moving company. The person I spoke with at that time canceled that receipt so no one could try to collect my property. But you still charged me for no receipt. Not happy about that.

  We're sorry to hear you were unhappy being charged the lost ticket fee. When you did the original loan, one the items you sign is the terms of the loan, which includes the lost ticket fee.

  I got 50% off of my purchase. A gold chain. Not bad... I should have purchased a watch. I wasn't able to purchase a gold coin witch is what I really wanted oh well...still not a bad deal...

  This was my first time visiting to Empire Loan in Boston, MA. I had an excellent experience with Bob from beginning to end. He was very helpful and professional. I would definitely recommend Empire Loan to anyone.

  Empire Loan is a very good pawn and loan store. I have pawned my gold chain and my gold ring a year or two ago for a loan and I have been paying interest fees ever since. I was late with a few interest fee payments and instead of selling my jewelry in an auction. After I called and told them that I shall make the due payment and whatever the late fee is , ( it is very important to call them or visit them and let them know when you'll be making the next payment. If you fail to keep in good contact and communication with them , it may be the consequence of you having your loan items sold in an auction. ) they said o.k. and I was back on the current account and still able to pay the complete loan amount and get my jewelry back. I really like working with Empire Loan. Anytime I need a loan , I wouldn't mind pawning my jewelry for a loan with Empire Loan. Thank you , Empire Loan.
