  Literally the worst company out there. Loan has been paid by another company already and they still took hundreds out of my bank account and there's no info on how to contact them aside from their terrible "lender chat." They're literally pushing me towards finding a lawyer to fight for my money that they basically stole.

  Best and most helpful people I have ever met or spoken to. Someone always answers the phone right or wrong department and direct me to the right people. Great staff I love doing business with them and I'm so grateful they gave me a loan when no other company would.

  This place does not exist it's only one person handling the call from home and happens do do what ever she likes with your issue including repo your car for no reason and car paid up to date. They are thieves do not deal with or trust them unless you have money to donate. The address they have has no business in that location it's pure fraud. Bill

  I’ve worked with First Help ever since they started, back in 2006. I have nothing but compliments for FHF. I’ve dealt with all the departments (title, collections, funding, Underwriting and Sales, etc) and I could not be more please. Response times are promptly provided, customer service is excellent, and relationship overall is amazing. Now I am the owner of my own dealership, and the relationship I’ve developed with them has improved even more. Being a dealer that focus mainly on unconventional customers that fall through the cracks of traditional lending, FHF is the best option for customers who have worked hard to achieve the American Dream, and by providing them with the opportunity to acquire their first car loan, FHF is helping customers not only getting a car, but also to start their American Dream, develop credit and build a life here.   Wow this place is basically doing a deal with the devil himself they are awful people working there they repo car if you miss one payment and they don't give you good deal on your interested rate of 19percent rate I do not recommend this place an especially the lady viada she is very ruthless an un American doesn't not care about anything bit robbing you. So if you do happen to be offered this place for a first time loan run do not do it I promise you you will regret it!!!

  FHF is a great company. Customer Service is amazing, Funders and UW's are all very helpful - They give a personal touch that is nowhere to be found in other finance companies. You are treated fairly, and most importantly, they offer services and opportunities for first time buyers seeking the American Dream.
