  That was the worst experience I have ever had and they ended up making me lose out on $3,400. That is a lot of money for me and they didn't seem to care at all about me losing out on all that money. Very unprofessional and untrustworthy. I only gave a 1 star review because it won't let me do anything less then 1 star

  i spoke with matt who was very sketchy immediately after the first call. he asked me for so much personal info via email that would allow anyone to steal an identity. i asked him why he needs all this info (especially bc my bank didn't even ask for this amount of personal info) and he completely dodged responding in writing. he called multiple times, left voicrmails, and texted, asking to call him back. if a company cannot tell you in writing the legal necessity behind asking for all the personal info, run away before you lose all your money and identity. what's even more sketchy is that in the same email, where he asked for all this info, he also included pages of info showing this businss is accredited by the BBB. a legitimate company does not need to be pushy with their credibility. i learned at work that scammers tend to request personal info, speak with a sense of urgency for you to reply to them, and try unnecessarily hard to gain your trust. this company did all those things. please don't give these people your money or your identity. run run run

  Steven works with 90% of my buyers for a first mortgage and many of my referrals for refinancing. All I can say is that he is the best in the business in so many ways.
