Sai jk1Do you want to experience trying to open an account, but instead of being the next person on line, they keep ignoring you, letting people skip you, and when they sit you with a person on the desk to help, they walk away to help others instead, and keep mispronunciation your name? Well this branch is the perfect one for you. I can here today trying to open a new account with their promotion, I am not comfortable carrying any large sum of money around, but they kept making me wait and delaying me from opening the account. They even let a few people cut and skip me in the process. When I arrived, there was only one person in line and he was being taken care of, but by the time it was my turn, I had several people go before me instead. The service is just terrible, I rather not come here for their services again. The only redeemable part of this branch is their drive through atm.

Bod gyalo1M an active TD bank customer for six years and I had a worst experience ever with the store Manager Vilma Vallejo, Fatima Roohi financial service representative, Wendy D Alvarez customer service representative in TD Bank located at 70-05 Northern Blvd, Queens, NY 11372. I did a wire transfer in April and it’s been a month and half since there’s no concrete result. I provide all papers and follow up Whatever the bank ask me to and I visited the bank every once in a week to follow up for the month and half. The above staff doesn’t have enough knowledge on the specific transaction and why it’s still pending, as well as they were very rude with the customer. Instead of sorting out customers problem they tried to blame the customer for making a wire transfer. TD Bank should have provide more information in the beginning before customers loose a huge amount because of carelessness of the workers. Fatima Roohi and Wendy Alvarez are not even sorry for that. tD Bank staff should learn first how to talk politely with the customer. TD bank needs to oriented everyday about how to talk with customer, they need enough knowledge and information on what they do at the bank and they should be sorry when they do such mistake. Very bad services and ill mannered staff. I will never visit that TD bank located at the given address. 70-05 Northern Blvd. Queens

Cornell Gomes1Horrible customer service as far as Notary Service. It seems like they ignore the TD customers when anyone goes their for notary. I went there 3 times in 3 different occasions and I had to wait very long time and even after waiting over half an hour today they requested me to wait another half an hour as the person had to go on lunch break for half an hour knowing that 2 other customers are waiting for Notary. It’s a shame .

Jason B1This place is trash. Sunday November 19 2021, the machine takes my debit card. The guy says I gotta wait for more than 5 or more ppl. I said I came here to take out money not wait for 5 or more ppl. Your machine took my card and I shouldn't have to wait. I could understand if I lost it than yea, but I didn't. It was on your grounds that the machine took my card. Sorry you have to wait. I come the next day, Monday 20 2021. I sign in n now I'm number 7. I've waited 30 min already, then some lady says Jason are you waiting for a debit card? I said yea! She goes machines are down. You have a member of your bank, me and I can't get a new card when you guys are at fault. 9.20.21 at 10:30am

klenz handy1Im with TD bank for almost 20 years and I even handle some of my 401k on this bank. I went to ask some information from OMAR or AMAR he seems pushy and intimidating , instead of educating so I have to tell him his demeanor and he apologized. He correct himself from being manager to supervisor which is good. I work in the Healthcare and I understand sometimes we get fed up too but we need realized that we are at work and our job is to help a person and guide them for the service. I'm not saying he should get fired or transferred all I'm saying is he needs a little human touch and some customer service training that's all.

Jim Pappas1The plus and the minus. The good; in branch service is generally very good, the tellers and management are very helpful. When you have an issue they will go out of their way to help you. The bad; America's most convenient bank is actually quite INCONVENIENT. Even prior to Covid19 their online service is terrible. Wait times are 20-30 minutes which is incomprehensible. In addition many times they cannot solve the issue you are calling on. Since covid19 they are one of the few banks in which their branches are not open except for the drive through branches. There are 2 lines one for cars and one for people without a car but the wait times are brutal. When your slogan is America's Most Convenient Bank you should really try to live up to that. TD Banks customers, except for in branch, are treated terribly no respect.
