      Far most worst customer service ever. Tellers are nice but Overwhelmed since theres only 2!!! 2 ladies sitting on front desks acting overwhelmed.... I've been to many chase banks 🏦 all were extremely professional, courteous and with alot more customers. This bank needs a staff development meeting asap! I guess since it's Saturday and it's busy people want to lay back a little bit in the summer... but please don't ignore me and act as if I'm not there, then to look at me mad just because I'm asking for an envelope.....

      AT 7 o 'clock last night, I use your ATM to repay credit card bills, and the results of the AT M malfunction, about $150 has been eaten by the ATM machine, there is no back to me, also do not have to enter my credit card account, I have been to call you this bank, but no one answer the phone, I have left New York now, could you tell me how can I get my money back.

      This has to be the worst Chase branch. When you try to speak with someone they say you need an appointment and no one is available to speak with you.. Which is absurd. And then they try to provide their own advice, when it is completely wrong. When inquiring about how to get funds into my account the quickest way possible they suggested endorsing a check, which is actually the slowest way and now funds won’t be available for 10 days.. When they were needed on a down payment for an apartment. This branch can ruin your life and needs desperate help. If you had experts readily available for assistance things like this wouldn’t happen and would be done efficiently and effectively. What’s the point of having a physical branch that promotes utilizing your machines over people.

      Post Pandemic experience, Very excellent service never had a problem or an issue and when you go to a banking institution you shouldn't have any bad experiences unless you cause one but anyway I've been going there for years and I wait my turn and get my transactions done. Now during Pandemic post at the early stages of the Pandemic the bank took the correct measures to protect all customers and some branches were fully operational and some were just ATM and it was based on your needs so if you needed full service you had to find an open branch to conduct your business or just a chase ATM but one thing I didn't agree with is when opening a business account I had a hard time finding a branch that offers that service or they had to send you to a specific branch and still it was impossible to open an account and the thing that you see employees and staff working at the branches but they say that service is by appointment and you can't get an appointme that's the only issue I had otherwise if it was making payments or deposits it was excellent for simple services and because of that issue I had to open an account with another institution so for my businesses I have 2 different banks because of that glitch.

      If you come during business hours expect to wait 20 minutes for a atm and 45 minutes for a teller or to speak to a represnetive. The representatives I have seen are friendly. But this is one of the most crowdest Chase banks. Even after hours there will be lines around 7pm-9pm.

      Went in yesterday to open up an account for my 13 year old and was told I had to have an appointment. I explained that I had called the day before and was not informed that I needed an appointment. The woman then said I didn’t need one but basically she was too busy to help me!! Everyone in our family has a bank account with Chase but that’s about to change!

      Too bad there isn’t something below 1 star. This bank has the absolute worst service I’ve ever experienced. Not even the managers knows how to do their own job. They don’t give explanations and refuse to help. Cashing a check would be much easier at another Chase branch with a less arrogant Manager and better trained staff.

      I visited this branch with my children today and was *super* impressed. First of all, let me say that Pablo is the best, 5-star teller I've had since I moved to NYC 5 years ago. He is courteous, friendly, accurate, and fast. He even gave my young children a lollipop and piggy-bank key chain for making their savings deposits. The customer service all around was friendly and transactions moved quickly. This branch also features a small parking lot for customers only.

      Only 2 tellers, besides it’s a training branch for new people. I don’t like their automated banking. I think they should put tellers back to the branch, and retrain their employees. If they remain the same, this Bank should redo their management and rehire new competitive workers and increase their tellers. OR SHUT IT DOWN!
