      I called this dealership in hopes of purchasing a brand new Cadillac Escalade. Within a few minutes, I was scheduled for an appointment with the Cadillac specialist which was Rick Eichner. In the first few minutes of the appointment, Rick made us feel welcomed to the dealership. Although we were talking business, Rick was successfully able to make the place a friendly atmosphere. After asking multiple questions, answers from Rick came in a very thorough and gentle way. What we appreciated was the honesty and realism of Rick. He did not play around or misguide us and he always answered our questions in the most direct way possible. When he introduced us to the car, he demonstrated some of the features very nicely. What made this experience so great was the last part when it came to signing the documents. Rick made a copy of all the important things and even things that were not so important. He organized all this into an envelope which made it very easy for us to keep track of things. Above all, Rick was able to get us a great monthly rate for the car. We enjoyed buying the car from Rick and felt like we were part of a bigger family. If you are looking to buy an escalade, this is the place to go to and this is your guy!

      I recently purchase a truck from Joshua Vargas at City Buick GMC. Joshua was very attentive and helpful throughout the process.       Very, Very Disappointed. They refused to give me a lease price. Why? Because I had already asked for a Cadillac XT5 lease price. I wanted to consider a lower cost lease. The salesman said the manager told him not to give it to me. I will not go back there, and you shouldn't trust them either.

      I went to several dealerships looking for a new SUV. By far , the quality of service provided and the price, were superior to any other.       I went there for I was sent an email about the xchange program that they are executing. My curiosity got the best of me so I went. I was expecting an elucidation of the program but what I got was someone trying to put me in a car. There was no elucidation at all. I wasted my precious time for nothing. I told the rep that I am thinking of buying the XT6. He wanted me to lease saying that to buy the car would be too much for me. How the hell does he know that!?

      It is impossible to get in touch with Service advisors over the phone and they never call you back. Called multiple times on Monday and Tuesday, left contact info with receptionist. Today is Friday and still no call from them. The only advice was to make an appointment and then them when I there to talk to advisor. Waste of time. Customer service in Service department is terrible.

      Hi, I have always been a great fan and loved the dealership. But recently i feel I got a bad deal with this dealer. A couple of weeks ago, my 2012 GMC Terrrain wouldn't start. This was on a Friday afternoon and I called the service department and explained to them my predicament. I spoke to the Manager Mr. John there and he said I could bring the car in, but they won't be able to service it because it was late in the afternoon. I told the gentle Mr. Fitzroy Thomas if I can get a loaner car. He said he'll check and I got a great 2015 Buick Verano, really cool car. I left the car there for a couple of days, and Mr. Fitzroy told me the battery was damaged. If was out of warranty, and I had to pay $332.59 for the battery. I personanlly feel that the battery was on the expensive side. I feel like I had a bad deal because I had an extended warrany on my car that I thought covered everything electrical on my. It was $63.40 to replace the battery and $238.91 the battery. I feel that I was overcharged, I wouldn't say ripped off, because those are strong word, but I wish there someone there I can talk to... Needless to say, I was very disappointed with the service.
