  they need to upgrade their atm machine. this not my first experience, it took my money and card and never return. talking about customer service more than 1 hour to just print new card. upgrade your employees as well.

  Poor service. Strung me along for two weeks with wrong information. Management is more than slacking and no one follows protocol. Its a circus. Closed all accounts because of this branch. Starting to believe decent customer service no longer exists. People like this is why technology will be replacing their jobs.

  Worst experience ever Not many people around Thursday around 12:45pm I was standing in line there was about 5 difference counter open five or less people in line.Pregnant small poor lady call me even others were two on my left first counter giggling two staff members third and forth counter talking having good time So lady call me not wasting time tell current customer to stand next to me fill the slip and start working with me..all the sudden guy next me say he’s ready .. ok now she put me on side start working with him and I’m standing waiting for my transaction to be completed and now she need authorization.. I said please don’t waste my time and now manager shows up and telling me how I’m being rude here .. because I was complaining ..than I finish my transaction and left. I hope TD BANK EVER CONSIDER ME AND FIND OUT WHY I LEFT THIS NEGATIVE COMMENT EVEN I HAVE MULTIPLE ACCOUNTS AND GOOD EXPERIENCE IN OTHER BRANCHES.

  Better than citi bank couple of blocks away. Have kiosk tablet to sign in and sends text message to show your place in queue. Staff more attentive but still takes long wait time.

  They used to close at 4 on Sundays and they just changed it to 3. I didn't realize this and arrived at 3:10 to drop off a bag of documents for paper shredding. All I needed to do was drop it off. I didn't need to do any banking. I explained this to the security guard and all he kept saying was that they close at 3 and I couldn't drop it off. This branch is constantly busy with long lines as it is the only TD in the area, so it is ridiculous that they would shorten their hours and rude that the guard would turn someone with a heavy bag of documents away.

  One of the worst banking service I have ever experienced in 12 years In USA. Manager of this branch (looks from Indian sub continent ) hold so much of attitude and so rude. Better visit manhattan branch or somewhere . Never ever I will recommend anybody.

  Pathetic customer service all with irrelevant and incomplete information given by each employees of this branch including the present supervisor. query :on approval of credit card chasing the bank for a month now for a new 1st application of a credit card. the supervisor not professional and illiterate had goofed up mine & my wife account and we decided not to step this branch ever 73-14 37th Ave, Jackson Heights, NY 11372.. its close to our resident location so it makes our way easier but now we will never step this branch ever....

  I diposoted money through that ATM . Unfortunately those ATM machine are sucks and worst customer service experience. I didnt see my money into account . I went to their customer service at the bank and they told me to wait 2 weeks for investigation . It wasn’t my fault but I didnt able to use my money I deposited . I was so upset and I highly recommend not to use their ATM . Completely frustrated and bad experience.

  She got the wrong person to deal with even when she knows that she is wrong. She is inexperienced regarding how the law and how the system works. She didn't listen to the customer service to whom I m talked on the phone. Moreover, she replied; manger is on vacation and she is the head now. She shouldn't be there working for us. And TD bank, come on; I don't know what you guys see in her. She shouldn't be there, I am telling you once again. She doesn't know what she is up to without looking at the consequences she needs to deal with. I hoped she learned a lesson from her teacher, ’Don't judge a book by its cover.’ Let us welcome and here she is, no other than Jackie. Inexperienced, a stupid, stone head, rude, unprofessional and so on. .......... And wouldn't stop writing till she learns. TD bank, it's high time now to do sth and send them for the seminar or training cause they forget their duties and how to work in the hospitality industry. Manager, wake up and check on ur reviews. It's a high time to provide us great service again.

  Bad service on Saturday i went to this bank for username and password. At 12.20 afternoon actual closin time 1pm but they don’t allowed me in side very lazy branch. So i decided to close the account
