  PLEASE AVOID TD BANK AND THIS LOCATION AT ALL COST! Save yourself the headache and the unprofessional - unethical service they provide here! (Nick) is an embarrassment to this financial institution and shouldn’t be working in the banking/customer service field. MAYBE THIS IS WHY CUSTOMERS ARE LEAVING THIS FINANCIAL INSTITUTION ON A DAILY BASIS. These are professional crooks dressed up!

  Terrible inconsistent service, I go and they say “you’re too young to open a checking account bring your parent” I do and then they say “you didn’t need to bring your parent” now I have to go back because they did something wrong and it says my information isn’t in their system. Save yourself the hassle and use a good bank.

  I have banked with several financial institutions over the years and I am absolutely shocked at how bad this particular TD bank branch is. I have never experienced anything like it. What they are engaged in is the new version of Wells Fargo fake accounts scheme. They are lying to customers to open accounts promising a new account opening bonus and will do anything and everything not to pay it. Not to mention that their motto of “most convenient bank” is actually the complete opposite. I’ve never dealt with a least convenient bank – they wouldn’t let me access my funds until I went to the branch. And even then I still wasn’t able to. After several days and several hours on the phone back and forth they said “oh we forgot to remove the hold on your account”. It’s the biggest waste of time with customer service and with the actual branch, having them punt you to each other to answer simplest question. I will be reporting this branch to BBB. So many convenient banking options in the area to waste your time with these scammers.

  I've had an account with them since I was a freshman in college but lately I've run into problems with transactions and unauthorized transfers which never were really solved. However the staff and the mobile service really do try their best. This isn't really their fault. so I'm giving the bank 4 stars but the TD Bank corporation 3 stars

  WARNING STAY FAR FAR AWAY! AVOID TD BANK! This location is a horrible representation of it's core values. They're not consumer friendly and, their systems are outdated. They operate with limited information & communication concerning consumer accounts. (Nick) is the most inexperienced banker I've ever encountered; including the branch manger who presides over him. After he deposited $150 into an account that apparently was charged off for $11.98; In which I paid prior to the deposit and the charge off. He and the branch manager in charge refused to refund my cash deposit, once they realized they screwed up. Instead they advised me to wait on a cashiers check that no one has the ability to know the time frame in which I should receive, the check number, or the date it was issued (Strange Right?) After speaking to recovery it was confirmed that they were able to refund my cash deposit considering TD Bank screwed up. (Nick) still refused to resolve the issue by putting a stop payment on the cashiers check which they claimed had been sent out. All I expected was my refund in cash which was the same way I made the deposit. Instead (Nick) says to me "There's nothing I can do, Is this all? I have another customer to deal with." Then he dismisses me as if I inconvenienced him. Very inconsiderate and unprofessional. Its disgusting that TD Bank would hire such trash to represent their company. MAYBE THIS IS WHY CUSTOMERS ARE LEAVING SO MANY NEGATIVE REVIEWS ABOUT THIS LOCATION. Trust the reviews people and stay far away from the crooked monstrosity of TD BANK and The TYSON'S CORNER LOCATION.

  I hope you never have to make a large business transaction. I have been on the phone with this bank for the last hour and half with no resolve, the bad thing I want to use my OWN funds. Told several things by different tellers and no manager is available at the closest bank to me. They will not provide a number for the regional manager. This bank was good in the beginning long hours and more now, its not taking care of the customers!!

  The worst bank EVER!!!! NO ONE should waste their time with this useless bank unless you like one hour hold time for a simple question, or reps that can't fix the tiniest of problems, all in all the worst experience I've ever had with a banking institution. If I could give negative stars I would. Oh and don't forget having to wait weeks! For all your transactions to clear.

  Welcome to the show , im the host. You're here for the best truth, I'm going to prove it to you. This TD Bank is one of the most convenient place in Tysons. It's for people which they have an account there and do deposits. Is it really? Yes. They usually ask people for assistant or if the need any help on something. Why ? Because it's their goal to interact with individuals. One you step inside the back, they'll do the asking in the case of creating an account or making an appointment. Do they make appointments? No, they dont have to. Unless if is an emergency, transaction problem, or a mistake going on, they'll do everything what it takes to fix it. It doesn't happen very often but once in a while. In emergencies, it happens few times not more then that. Really? Yes. They can take care of any kind of issues in financial situations in a person's management. No matter what. Rather of is a checkings, savings account, credit card, business, financal management, wealth management, or travel management. (Storyline) As a customer, I wanted to go to the staffs in checking on my management. The staff helped me out to check things out and then it worked. Suddenly I was ask if I wanted to do online banking I accept it. Then everything is busy, I was waiting to be called and be in. It's was convenient of him to let me on the special deal. It's great to bank there when staffs are here they're friendly and pleasant to mingle with. They're open from 10am to 5 PM. On Friday's they're open from 10am to 7pm. Weekends they're open. Even Sundays. Not every TD banks are open. Because most cities and counties are closed on sundays. Are you serious? Yeah. I'm positive about this. In holidays, they can close earlier due to the reduce time schedules. This guide will help, prove this and you'll be in a confidence and decent life. Unless next time, everyone. Take care .

  Not enough staff and you have to wait hours for anything since there is always only one people who can handle anything other than depositing check or withdrawing money. Ehen I filed credit card application they put in a password on my behalf and I cannot access my accountfor information. When my debit card got stolen and I needed a new card, the branch card printer is out of ink. nothing worked for me.

  This is the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I started a loan application process with them. I called multiple times without being able to reach anywhere. The phone number didn't even have a mailbox to leave a message. Very frustrated. I am going to switch to another bank for my loan.
