  Professional team with friendly manner. This was my first experience buying the house and Armin (my loan officer) and Behnood both help me in the whole process. Still they can do better but definitely they are one of the best.

  I couldn't resist not leaving this review since my experience with Behnood was extraordinary. He and his team are very professional, caring and knowledgeable, most importantly they are available anytime. it doesn't matter if it's during business hours and peak of their job or after business hours or even weekend, Behnood is always there for you. Behnood helped me to buy my first house and during the time from finding a house until the closing day, there wasn't a single day without an update email, phone call or follow up. How smooth and flawless the process went on was exemplary, and this is thanks to his and his team's professionalism and great work attitude.

  Behnood Dalaei is a mortgage superstar! This is our second mortgage with him and every transaction has been completed professionally and with exceptional service! Never any last minute surprises and he guides you through the process step by step, even for complex loans like mine. I couldn't get my home if I didn't have him as our loan officer.   Behnood has done the unimaginable and in my opinion, if anybody in this business can do it, it is him. I have been in Real Estates business for almost 20 years and dealt with many different loan officers but never dealt with some as good as Behnood. I recommend him over any other loan officer. You just have to try him once to know what I mean. He is the best.

  Behnood did a great job for refinancing our home during this crisis! We saved good amount of our monthly payment plus we skipped mortgage payments and dont put down cash for closing cost! Totally a great deal for us! Behnood and Hooman both are very responsible and reliable! They are available for all of your questions which is a blessing!
