  Was just there about 30 minutes ago. Was told my teller at drive thru that they couldn’t give us quarters cause they had none and there was a quarter shortage. It was a male. Went out of our way to another branch cause our apartment only takes quarters to wash our clothes so we were desperate. They handed them to us with no question or mention of a shortage. I don’t like being lied to. Idk is he was just lazy or what but Not good customer service at all.

  Disgusting Bank won't cash a check because "they don't have money"! Manager was extremely rude she's too busy on her phone texting just an absolute disgusting Bank.

  What a disgrace this branch is, there is no one in the bank and the lazy teller was sitting there carrying on a personal conversation for 8 minutes! I'm trying to cash a check and I have to have this obnoxious woman teller sit there and carry on a conversation! One of the men came in from the back and helped me immediately. I am going to close all my accounts! It seems that mine isn't the only negative review maybe the manager should take a look at how things are being run.

  Ok bank I guess... You really need to keep an eye on how much they actually take from you just to hold your money... They claim to be America's most convenient bank but alot of the branches dont have a drive up ATM or only 1 machine...Plus Im almost positive they are a Canadian bank.. No more coin counting but they give you the material to roll your own.... No need to say more about that... The most convenient thing Ive experienced so for is they reprint debit cards on the spot... I guess in the fact they take your money... they do in fact hold your money (while slowly taking a little here a little there) and that when there ATMs work they allow you to remove your money... but only from TD bank ATMs.. anywhere else they take more of your money...

  The website shows drive through open on Sunday until 3:00 pm. Update to show it is closed on Sundays. Keep site updated
