  This had to be one of the fastest and best experiences I've had with a mortgage company. I was able to lower my interest withing 30-40 days to a very low rate. I was well informed of any and all situations the had arised, and they were handled accordingly in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend and use them in the future.

  Oscar is the best! Don’t waste your time going anywhere else. From day one he demonstrated professionalism, enthusiasm and worked diligently to help us find our home.   Huascar Sime gets it done when nobody else could! The process of getting a mortgage was very frustrating and we spoke to multiple mortgage companies.
