      Nearly everything about this bank seems purposefully designed to keep people from getting their money back out. Supposedly an "online bank" but you have to call for any assistance whatsoever. Avoid. The worst bank I have every had experience with. That includes Suntrust, Chase, and Wachovia - the three worst big banks, in my opinion.

      Horrible! Antiquated online banking platform. probably worst in the industry (at least I haven't seen anything worse). Nearly impossible to make any changes to a linked account without going through ton of red tape and filling out a form after form. If you want to withdraw your funds quickly - good luck. Avoid at all costs. I am not sure why regulators wouldn't look into these predatory practices

      Had I checked the reviews, I wouldn't have used this bank. Big mistake! Very difficult to move my money out. I had to jump through hoops and provide lots of documents. The bank teller who handled my request to close the accounts was very unprofessional.

      Easy to deposit, very difficult to transfer out. They only allow one bank link so if you want to transfer to another bank, you need to go through hoops and letters. There are better online banks out there, stay away! Very frustrating!

      Oh yes. I am having the EXACT same issue. Unless you're near a physical branch/ATM, I do NOT suggest opening this online account. Tried to connect my other bank using the other bank's website & amboy couldn't be verified. If I didn't find it on google, I'd sworn it was a scam. If I don't get my money, next stop is BBB or equivalent for banks. 😡
