  I had to change the priority name on our joint account and found that the online rep had given me the wrong information. I was determined to get my account fixed so I went online to find a branch near me. There were several to choose from so I went with the branch with the highest ratings . . . and I'm happy I did. The branch manager, Angela Carwell, was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient. She took care of my issue promptly and assured me that it was done right. My husband and I drove 40 minutes to get to this branch but I'd do it again for the exceptional service that I received from Angela Carwell.

  I have been a customer of TD bank for years. The employees have consistently been helpful and friendly. I love that they have hours till 7 or 8, the hours were better before, but they are still better than most banks around here.
