  We had an excellent experience with Mr. Murphy. He was both professional and knowledgeable. He was extremely patient with me and my husband who were first time African American buyers; he was most respectable of me and my family. The house we purchased was on the low end in regard to cost and Mr. Murphy treated us like we were spending a million dollars. Over the years he has kept in touch with us and is available to us at any time. We will always be thankful and grateful for Mr. Murray.

  Dan Murphy helped me buy my home. By that, I mean he answered all my questions. He let me know what I needed to bring to settlement. Set the date and time, so the seller and I could sign off on paper work. He made the transaction seem so smooth. He contacted me later on to refinance on a lower interest rate and went from 6.5% down to 3.75%. I can't thank him enough for all his hard work and determination.
