I dislike banks to begin with but BB&T has managed to completely underwhelm my already very low expectations. They failed to protect my account from intrusion and fraudulent activity, have failed to provide me with the results of the "investigation" they did, have failed to explain why my dispute was denied, have failed to call me back as promised --- multiple times. I have had some very poor customer service experiences but BB&T is absolutely the worst --- truly, for BB&T "customer service" is an oxymoron. Do yourself a favor --- find another bank that has at least some level of competency and protection for your money!!

They switched the type of account I had several times and then charged me fees for it. I called to have the account switched back but within a month or two the account would be switched back. They then stopped doing this with my checking and began doing it with my savings. When I mentioned that I was considering switching banks because of this, I was told to go ahead, that my business wasn't needed.

Probably the worst customer service that I have ever seen in my life. Incredibly rude staff, led by an incompetent manager. They called the police since I showed up 8 minutes before opening to get in line to be the 1st customer served. Wow...How does a business stay open with their attitude. You're better off putting your money under your mattress than having to deal with these clowns.

Never have a good business experience here. I feel as if I’m a bother rather than a customer. Bad location and staff

The manager this location is always help me with everything he's been able to. Obviously it's a bank, and obviously they are there to make money. But my experience is if the bank ever makes an error, they take care of it. And if the error is on your part, they usually help on your account is in good standing

5 minutes before opening and they call the police because you are standing there waiting for the bank to open to get dimes....LOL. POST A SIGN AT THE DOOR if you have some odd rule before you call the police on a business customer. GO TO A LOCAL OWNED BANK, THESE GUYS AND THE MANAGER ARE IDIOTS.

this Bank Plays by their own Rules and Charges Fees excessively...and I mean excessively and Does Not Return your Money at all if they can Help it...even when they are proven wrong...it is the Corporate mission, Not the Local workers who Have to Carry it out...

I miss KNBT/National Penn! There is a reason that BB&T keeps buying other banks. It's because they are a terrible bank and can't maintain a customer base. Hello Wells Fargo!
