      In complete honesty, I was beginning to lose faith in Wells Fargo. I recently went into a branch near my apartment to get a replacement card. I needed it immediately, but the bank no longer provides temporary cards. Bryan overheard me trying to explain my issue and stepped into the conversation, sat me down in his office, and managed to get a replacement card delivered to me the NEXT DAY. Huge shoutout to Bryan at this branch, his outgoing personality, and exceptional service. Thank you for being an overachiever and an employee that is not easily found these days, keep up the good work 👍

      I use this branch whenever it's necessary to go inside to take care of business , I'm always treated with respect and courtesy . The tellers are pretty friendly and fairly outgoing ... this is a welcome change from other W/F branches in the area where the tellers make you feel like you are interrupting their day. Any wait time is USUALLY minimal as the line moves quickly .. of course this will vary with time of day etc etc.

      I have not been a huge fan of Wells Fargo, however this was dad's bank of choice. I had to close out his account after he passed away from Covid. I had an appointment with Ms. Hala Saad this morning, and I have to say she was extremely professional, compassionate, and has definitely made me rethink my view on Wells Fargo. Thank you!

      I have been going to this branch as long as it has been in existence and highly recommend this location. All of the tellers as well as the staff and advisors are extremely nice and welcoming. Pat, the branch manager, is wonderful and very accommodating. I have many many years of banking with Wells Fargo from the days it was known as Merchants Bank and can honestly say it is a pleasure to do business with this branch! I wouldn't think of going anywhere else.

      As my brother Rance has previously stated, Pat the manager and the entire staff at the Cedar Crest Blvd branch are just a fabulous team and I cannot speak highly enough about them. They really "roll the red carpet out" for all of their customers! Take this from a CPA of 36 years in the Allentown area who has been through a few of the local Allentown banks before. Thank you to the entire Wells Fargo gang!!!

      On 6/17/21 I went with my mom to this branch she wanted to add me to her safe box my mom is customer there for over 30years we walked in no customers there the manger comes out told us we need an appointment I said we are here and we called they told us to just come to the branch anyway this manager refuse to help us she was rude and showed no respect to my 84 year old mother we left I asked for the corporate phone I was told that no one has it this woman should not have job there she should fired for her actions with my mother ....i called the # I found on line for corporate office but no one would answer the phones there this banck sucks..

      Terrible. The lady there is just plain nosey. Very rude as well. Doesn't know what she's talking about. Spends more time on the phone asking questions than actually knowing the answers. A big waste of my time. Don't go to this bank if you're in a hurry.

      Horrible customer service. The manager is not only a moron but shes not helpful whatsoever. Worst bank to ever have. And if your already trapped and have this bank dont go to this location.

      Drove all the way over here and they are randomly closed in the middle of the day ...woulda been nice to know...this place sucks
