  I find their agent Jeff to be very rude. He didnt help me find the best coverage for the price. Im calling progressive directily from now on. Because I have 4 policies I qualified for 2 auto pilicy discounts. Call progressive direct. Leave out rude Jeff at Tcu

  Great rates, fast service, and they keep up with technology. They recently began sending e-Receipts by request, and their online banking is one of the best!

  Teachers opened the doors so I went inside to avoid the line outside. Employee near the door was masked I put mine on, when I got inside I found 2 tellers open. The 2 closest together not 6'., and waiting on 2 customers without masks. In order to get waited on I would have had to violate distancing. I feel this is a very bad situation. Also the tellers and other employees were not masked, I don't mind no mask if you maintain distance.

  Great for your banking needs and great people with great service. Online banking is 100% on top of anything you need and I've never waited longer than 4 hours after sending an email for my problems to be fixed. Best choice for new accounts for checking and savings.

  Sat in the waiting area for 30 minutes in the Oak Rd. Plymouth, In. TCU. NONE of their associates bothered to come over and ask what I needed, so I got up and left.
