      Nice staff but better not have plans!! The drive thru is thee slowest I have seen. I figured it was because it was on a Friday but NO it is everyday. TCU definitely needs to look into WHY! Most of the other locations are speedy I don’t know why this one is SO slow!

      Don't use this TCU if you're wanting fast service. However, friendly service once you get it. Be prepared to wait 10 minutes or more in drive though. Drive through has been this slow since the day this location opened.

      0/5 would not recommend. Do not expect fast or regular reasonably quick service coming to this TCU. They are ridiculously lazy slow. I sat in the drive with no one there and a few people inside also, for them to take 10 minutes before even acknowledging I was there, didn’t get a hello or anything. The question I had literally took 10 seconds to reply and I was gone. Couldn’t even get anyone to answer the phone when calling earlier. Terrible service and worst TCU location ever.

      This is the WORST TCU ever!! Dont go through the drive thru unless you have 45 minutes to spare because they ignore the drive thru when there are people inside. Even the inside is ridiculously slow.

      Everyone of the clerks are friendly and very helpful. Even when they are busy they are still very friendly. I don't mind if I have to wait because I have never had bad service.
