  TCT FCU in Queensbury has great products and the customer service by far is outstanding. Kat has helped our family acquire 4 loans over the last few years and we appreciate all the wonderful things she has made a reality for us. I've been a member at other credit unions in the past, but I will never be a member of any other one now. Thank you all for your hard work and dedication to our community.

  Paige was so helpful during the loan process, that I needed, which literally only took a max of 4 hours from start-to-finish. She is so kind and friendly. I love this bank so much!

  Great credit union I’ve been a member since 2012, just recently I purchased a 2020 Sahara Wrangler all thanks to Kathryn Regan- Doane. I spoke with her asking every question imaginable she answered each one in great detail, she was also extremely kind and caring wanting to make sure I received the best deal possible. At 2:30pm I handed in my application by 3pm she called saying “I’m approved” it was such a quick turn around time I couldn’t believe how fast she was at getting this accomplished especially being on a Friday evening by Saturday at 9am I got my check. Kathryn is a huge asset to TCT and genuinely cares about each member while going the extra mile. Because of her I will be doing more banking here in the future.
