  Worst bank on the planet. Spent 20 minutes to get ahold of customer service. Asked how I could get some temporary check until the ones I ordered arrive. They told me to go to drive up service. Wait in line for another 30 minutes. To be told they don't even issue temporary checks. Smdh. Going to chase

  Had a very pleasant experience with this River Forest TCF Bank today! The bank manager Amarice Burnett was very helpful and curtious. Great customer service!

  Maybe you should base your review on your own personal experiences instead of what you read online. I'm sure there is more to the story than what you are stating and most 18 year olds are financially irresponsible anyways. Evidence of this is the fact that his mother had to pay the fees for a legal adult. I personally bank at this location and the people here are great, always friendly and helpful.

  Told me they were closed and it was only 10 minutes until they closed so they wouldn't let me make the deposit I needed to make so I could pay a bill. When I asked if making the deposit at the ATM would allow the funds to be ready the next day( a Monday) they lied and said it would be. All of this while 3 TELLERS were talking amongst themselves AT the counter and laughing. I HOPE THEY ALL GET FIRED. Screwed me over big time.

  The people at the branch were very courteous and went the extra mile to explain everything in detail and address any concerns. Great service.
