      Horrible customer service!! Worst in 5 mile radius. Can’t do more than 3 deposits because customers are complaining line does not move….MOVE FASTER!! Stop being so slow

      I pay 15 dollars a month to have a chase bank account (because my boss gives me checks only, no direct deposit.) and Chase can't cash my check unless I have equal amount or more in my account already but, I can go to a currency exchange or Jewel Osco and get it cash for less than 15 with just a photo id. My other option is to direct deposit it and wait 1-2 business days.

      ATM took my cash money that I was trying to deposit. Then spit out a small amount of the money back to me, then said that you can’t deposit any money on this ATM!!! I wouldn’t recommend going to this one on Harlem at all.

      This is a great bank. It was hard to find the entrance in the beginning, but that disappeared when the young man that serviced me displayed such professionalism and politeness. I will go to this bank again very soon.
