      Citibank, River Forest, has the greatest, most efficient and nicest employees you could ever meet. We've been banking there over 15 years. They are so polite, friendly, and know most customers by name. They go above and beyond to solve any problem one may have. Mrs. Cicero

      I was in the bank on 1/6/30 and the teller, Keziah D. Williams was rude and short with me. Now the manager and personal banker were nice and very helpful. The teller is usually the first person you meet when you walk into the bank. She did not smile at all and her answers were short and incomplete. If I had not pushed the issue , then I would not have gotten the information that I needed.

      Worst customer service in person or 800 number. Just got off with a rude employee. No sense of customer service or communication skills Never talk over an customer. I forgot the person named but the oak park branch needs to close down!!

      Cannot give a 5 star review since entire lobby is shut down between 115 and 2pm. Exacerbated by the fact that the branch hours are only 10 to 4. Makes for a tight window to do business. Otherwise the staff is very professional every time ive been there

      Very bad experience. Banker was not helpful at all. She saw me with 2 and 4 year old kids coming in a snowy day but didn't care, even didn't move from her seat and said I needed to make an appointment. She was sitting next to a teller,doing nothing except talking.

      VERY GOOD SERVICE! polite and friendly. One guy always remember me since I go there monthly to pay my credit card. He always have a smile for all his customers. The environment is very clean and chic which is better than Chase bank. I think due to that this location does not have drive-thru thus they focus on their customers and no long wait.

      Bad experience yesterday in this branch, I was trying to wire money to Hong Kong, when it was my turn I was told I should use computer to do the wire transfer, I said I don’t know how to do it, he told me He can show me how to do it, then I got off the line to the computer, he start busy again when I was in online banking, he let me wait because there had few clients waiting on line behind me, I finally figured out by myself and there has limited transfer amount, I closed online banking and went back to another register, the lady told me she can’t do the wire transfer, She told me that I have to meet the banker to do the wire transfer, but the banker not available and I have to make an appointment come second day. My question is: if I have to meet banker to do the wire transfer why you didn’t tell me the first time? I wasted 40 mins in this branch and get nothing done.

      This branch is a joke. I opened an account via phone and I went into the this branch because they wanted more information. At that time I opened up business accounts as well. I wanted to receive some type of voided check so that I can have my merchant deposit go directly into that account and the assistant branch manager told me that their carbon was low on there printer and advised me to go to another bank. I then went to another branch which told me they wouldn't be giving me any type of voided check or anything I would have to go to the bank that I opened up the account at. This happened on a Saturday and on that Monday they closed out my accounts due to fraud, I spoke with the branch manager in Forest Park Aamad…. (He's the real Joke) and he told me that no one will ever advise you in this bank to go somewhere else to get voided checks, you would have to get it here. Which was a laughing matter because I countered by saying well how do I know that your carbon is low in your printer; he never answered the question but he went in the back and came back and told me that someone will be coming out to my office to verify that I have a legit business I guess because he was calling during the holiday season thinking we were working and wondering why he didn't get an answer. Keep in mind that he knows my company name he has access to the www, so what a smart person would have did was some research on the company! If he would have did that he would have seen that my business is a 4.5 star rated company and we are doing well! Something that couldn't be fabricated over night. Haven't said that I said ok; a week went by and he sent me off twice saying that someone was going to be there and never arrived! So I went back into the bank and now the story changed to "I just need you articles of incorporation." I said ok sent them to him right away! Now another week later and every last single one of my accounts are closed! And I didn't get a valid reason as why they were. I am glad I did not transfer all of my money from my other bank into this one because I would have been in trouble. Very friendly people in this branch but the branch manager was poor with handling my situation so be careful with going to this bank. If I had to guess I would assume that this is a black man that is scared that someone can come in and take his job at anytime so he's just doesn't know what to do! Newsflash you got the job for a reason…. If I could rate this bank a zero I would. Re-evaluate this Citibank management.

      Nice people. Hours are not user friendly. ATM's at 7-11 location don't take deposits. All ATM' s are limited in cash withdrawal s and only give $20'with larger withdrawals. People are more accommodating.
