  I worked with Taylor to obtain a 30-year fixed rate mortgage loan as a first-time home buyer. After comparing with a few other options, it became clear that Taylor was able to offer me the best rates. She was transparent and thorough in explaining all of my options. As this was my first home, she patiently explained terms I didn't understand, and gave me an idea of what to expect during this process. She worked seamlessly with my realtor and Escrow agent to ensure that I closed in 30 days. Her communication was perfect, and she was ten steps ahead of every deadline in the process. My Escrow agent was clearly disorganized and inexperienced, but Taylor even assisted in the Escrow agent's role in order to ensure that the process went smoothly for me. I would highly recommend Taylor for anyone buying their first home or their tenth - she is a true professional, trustworthy, and will work hard to get you the best results.

  Taylor left a handwritten note on our front door informing us that if we needed support with a refi, to call her. Because she took time to create a handwritten note, we decided to call her. To our surprise, she took a look at our mortgage statement and advised us that a refi would not be beneficial at that time. About a year later, Taylor called us and informed us that interest rates were down, and now would be a great time to make a move to save some money. So, after Taylor presented what our refi could look like, in a no-pressure situation, my wife and I moved forward with a refi that will ultimately save us $100k over the term of our loan. Taylor was so great to work with! She communicated and answered all of our questions throughout the refi process. She even took a phone call at 9pm on a Saturday to help breakdown some questions we had. She advised us on areas that we weren't familiar with and guided us each step of the way. In the end, when we were getting ready to sign our new loan docs, she arranged for a traveling notary to stop by our house in the evening once we were both home from work. During the signing, Taylor even stopped by our house, in person, to thank us for our business and presented us with a wonderful gift.
