  Robert offers best possible rates PERIOD. I have worked with him multiple times on my home refinancing and every time it has been the case. He is very professional and explains things clearly, which helped me a lot. One great thing I like about him is the pro-activeness and preparation on what to expect next.   I will absolutely be recommending Robert van der Capellen’s loan broker services to everyone I know. Rob is extremely experienced and well versed, and went above and beyond guiding us through the loan process even with some unique aspects of our financial situation (self employment, etc.) He got us a phenomenal interest rate (even the banker was impressed with the rate when I went in for my escrow wire.) Best of all, Rob was so quick getting our loan approval that we closed escrow early. Everyone from the real estate agent to the escrow officer commented on how amazingly fast Rob got things done in a crazy real estate market. Robert van der Capellen is a gem!
