  The best thing about going local is that they are a phone call or text away to get questions answered, super nice people. I didn't compare apples to apples with a national mortgage company and still wonder if we got the very lowest rate. The advice we got from TM was, if your happy with the rate, lock it in and stop comparing. We did at 3.25. Good rate. We did miss the best credit rating by 5 credit points and there was no negotiating at all. I had hoped a local company could have taken a personal look and gone to bat for us but TM said they didn't have that power to do so. I don't know what triggered it but after we had signed with the title company, I had offers from our two banks that were slightly lower percentage rate than what I signed for with TM. I should have "shopped the refinance papers" with them, I didn't think they could come close. So I would check with my personal bank before signing off next time. Who knows maybe it was a gimmick and TM would have still beat them. Overall a good experience.

  Purchased my first home with the help of Taylor Mortgage Loans. Thanks to the help of Steve who made the process very simple and fast we were able to close 2 weeks early. He was very knowledgeable and always followed through. They were always available when I had questions. Buying a home was very little stressful with the help of Steve who communicated every step of the way. I highly recommend Taylor Mortgage Loans to anyone who is seeking to buy a home. I am now a happy home owner!

  We purchased our first home with the help of Taylor Mortgage Loans. The entire process is not really what you'd call "fun" but in the end we closed on our house and are now happy homeowners! We worked with Steve and Louis on occasion when I would call freaking out about "what if scenarios" they were both great! Steve even sent us a gift card afterwards thanking us for working with them! Steve was very knowledgeable and helped break things down for us so we could better understand all our options, which I found invaluable as a first time buyer!

  I just completed a VA loan with Taylor Mortgage. I must give the highest kudos to Steve and and his staff of professionals on how well they conduct business and how smoothly the transition went. If any problems arose they were handled in a calm and professional manner. The problems were usually slight and were explained in detail so that even i could understand what was going on. Steve kept me apprised of what was going during the entire time in a step-by-step process and got me the lowest interest rate possible. I would highly recommend Taylor Mortgage Loans to anyone.

  Steve Schindele at Taylor Mortgage has handled every real estate purchase I have made. He's very detailed oriented and is great at follow through. He communicates every step of the buying process and goes above and beyond with the leg work needed to complete a purchase.   We have purchased two homes in Wenatchee; both times we used the services of Steve at Taylor Mortgage. After out first home purchase we knew we would not go anywhere else for a loan. Steve provides outstanding professional and personal service. Purchasing a home is more than an exchange of money - all of the paperwork is overwhelming! Steve was with us each step of the process.   Steve Schindele was amazing to work with. He was available for questions when we had them whether it was during business hours or not. He walked us through everything and explained the process so we understood what was happening and what was going to be required of us depending on which loan path we decided to take. So happy we chose Steve and Taylor Mortgage!

  Worst service ever. We got our loan though Taylor Mortgage and was extremely disappointed with the service we had. They forgot to tell us a number of important things. They waiting till we had 4 hours left till a deadline to ask for proof of our down payment funds even though we could have gotten them that information weeks ahead of time. They had no idea what paperwork they needed and asked us for all kinds of stuff I know they did not need. I was out of town on a trip the week we where supposed to close and fully told them that so we would have everything in line for when I returned the day before closing. I ended up having to cut my trip short because they told my wife they needed a signature from me or the loan wont go though. When I got home they ended up not having the paper ready for me to sign. We ended up having to ask for an extension from the seller putting as didn't have the paperwork for me to sign. I would never recommend anyone using Taylor Mortgage!
