      Came in on Friday to open a new account. After standing in the waiting area (chairs where to dirty to sit), and watching the line of customers and the amount of time for anyone to acknowledge us(which never happened), we left. Our time, as well as the frustrated customers time is valuable. No thank you!

      My husband and I got to open up a savings account today and Lourdes was so helpful. We didn’t even consider making an appointment (our mistake with the worker shortage and all) but she found a way to make time for us and gave us a lot of great tips on saving. Our previous experience with Matthew getting some documents notarized was also awesome. We are so happy to be customers here.

      The people working with customers, not including cashiers, have always been exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable. Sometimes I have to wait for my few minutes, but that’s everywhere nowadays! The investment banker, Kevin, is the best investment banker I have ever had.

      You closed the East Wenatchee branch so we have to go over town and wait for an hour just to deposit some money. It is totally ridiculous and unacceptable. Seriously thinking of changing banks which is such a pain when everything we have is direct payments for our bills..Hopefully the wait times we be fixed soon

      Worst Service! , Arrived 30 minutes to my appointment, and they weren’t able to help me right away until 3pm because “my banker” went to lunch break while the other bankers were just sitting on there desk doing nothing. And at the end they weren’t able to help me with what I needed.

      The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Opening my account was a quick simple process, and over the years as my needs have changed, they have accommodated my every need.       No Drive-up and lines are horrible especially since the one in East Wenatchee closed.
