      *UPDATE: Six days after speaking with customer service and still no resolution. I called customer service again today and spoke with a kid who seemed to barely understand how to use his own computer. The answer I got was that the message would be forwarded to my local branch so they can release my online account from "dormancy." I am an inch away from closing both accounts. The local staff are great! I've never had an issue, but the website is terrible. I can't login because the site says I don't have an online profile. Okay, so I go to enroll and the site tells me it can't process my enrollment request because I have an online profile already... K, so I submit a password reset and received neither an e-mail or text message though I submitted repeatedly. Good thing this isn't an emergency. This is my first attempt at accessing the online banking, and if it's any indication of how things might go in the future, I'm a little concerned about how I can effectively use this bank for business.

      The new credit card portal is nightmare to navigate. so many pop up windows and clicks just to pull up a statement and make a payment. Unable to submit a payment covering multiple cards. have to submit each one individually with multiple confirms. Payment link is buried at the bottom of "users". this platform is a friggen nightmare.

      This bank took over half of my $600 stimulus check in BANK FEES. And Lied to me to get me to reopen another checking account by saying they took zero in banking fees. Watch them gangster banksters! After ten years... I can find a better community bank. One that supports ALL members of the community. HA!

      I would give zero stars if I could! My bank account is once again not working! We got locked out of our account again this weekend forcing us to change our password again! Tonight I went to Costco to get groceries and dog food and my card was declined 3 times. I was mortified, so I tried to transfer money to my other debit card since I frequently have issues running this particular card. I attempted to transfer $100 three times and none of the times were successful, so, in front of everyone, I had to cancel my order and call the bank to figure out what is going on, Why is my debit card not working? Why can't I transfer money to another debit card? I was told that there were no declines on my card and he was unsure why I couldn't transfer but the card should work since there were no declines showing. I went to another cash register and AGAIN my card was declined. Everyone else's cards were working fine, so I doubt that it was Costco machine problem. Without being able to transfer I was $2 short of my order in my other checking account luckily I had $3 cash to reduce the order cost down to where my other account had enough money. So I gave that and tried to use my other debit card. AGAIN declined. I spent a total of 20 mins in utter embarrassment at Costco and ended up leaving without my groceries. I have no food to feeb my dogs dinner or breakfast, so they will have to go a full 24 hours without food until I can contact someone at the bank since there is no after hours help for emergencies like this, This is not the first time we have had issues, nor the 2nd, nor the 3rd, nor the 4th. Since opening accounts in December, it has been problem after problem never with any solution. Only being told well it should be working we understand why you are frustrated. Unfortunately with auto payment on bills set up and direct deposit from work set up it will take us two months at least to switch banks. In the mean time we cannot access our money at all on weekends or after 7:30 pm. Believe me I am telling EVERYONE I know not to bank with you. Every time I have card problems I am telling merchants who I don't even know not to bank with you.

      I let my ex boyfriend talk me into a joint account here but I never used them or put money in or out of the account. Not 1 single time but my ex managed to overdraft over $200 and the bank is coming after me. I am so upset, what kinda bank doesn't do their homework before smudging up my credit score? Ugghhh I would never use this bank or recommend them after this.

      Purchased home loan through them even though I had a slightly better rate at a bigger bank because I was sold on the small bank personal feel. Don’t get me wrong Ann is wonderful but they sold the loan to Cenlar Loan Adminstration right away which defeated the purpose on why I went with them.

      Their custmer serive in the drive thru sucks. The older blond lady that works drive thru, is super rude. She demand you have your account # by hand so be warn habe that ready for her. Cuz she loves to lecture me about that.
