  Mike and his team are truly the type to make you feel like you are their only client, 365 days a year. Whether you have one W-2, own a business, have three houses, have a bunch of investments, have education expenses, need to tackle retirement accounts... they've got your back. Everyone is flexible, understanding, and incredibly down-to-earth. One thing that sets Taylor & Co apart from other accountants, in my opinion, is this - they don't simply take what you provide them, enter some numbers, and send off your return. They take the time to understand your unique situation, and actually ask questions (beyond just what information you provide to them) to ensure that they have the whole picture and your return truly is complete. They leave no stone unturned, which is exactly what a good accounting team should do! They have their process down to a science, from the drop-off to the pick-up, and it is seamless, smooth, and pleasant all the way through! Cannot recommend enough!

  Mike, Laura and team are simply fantastic! We have used Taylor & Company for several years now and couldn't be happier with their professionalism, knowledge and overall service. Outside of doing our annual taxes, I have called Mike and Laura many times to get assistance on tax related forms or just ask tax related questions. They are always responsive and helpful!

  For many years, I managed my family's taxes and faced each February resigned to multiple weekends lost to the checking and cross checking of income and expenses. And then one day I finally wised up, did some research and headed over to Mike Taylor's office. And I have not looked back yet, except to wonder why I didn't make that move sooner. Mike and his team are great! They do an amazing job and are quick to answer questions and provide advice.   Filed my taxes 3+ years with Taylor & Company and have been extremely satisfied every time. Their online Portal system is very user-friendly and especially convenient right now. They're easily accessible if you have questions and always prompt in their response. Laura has answered many of my office calls and I can't say enough good things about how friendly and helpful she is. There have been years I've had several jobs and W-2s to file including out of State - and there have been years I'm filing just one. No matter your situation, they're consistent in their quality and can handle whatever you've got.

  My husband and I own a local business and we have used Taylor & Company every year we have been in business. Chris is absolutely amazing and was able to answer every question I had and even took the time to go through my books and explain how to record transactions that I was unsure about to make sure they were done properly. We also use Taylor for our personal taxes. Chris was always available to answer any questions we had, and got everything done very quickly. We will continue to use them in the years to come!

  Iv used Mike and his team for 8 years now after opening my own company. His detailed knowledge helped handling my families and my two businesses taxes very easy. We are always kept up to date with current tax law to better help our company. I am always great full for the teams timely responses to any questions we may have and I’m always impressed the team outside Mike remember my name each time i go into the office. (It’s the little things)

  Taylor & Company are always very responsive to questions and concerns. They are true to their word when they follow up with you; and WILL always call/email you back. They were able to help us make the best financial decision by stating all of our options on at least 2 separate occasions. They were also able to correct our income taxes that were filed wrong from a previous company.

  Fantastic service from Mike! We originally started our return using TurboTax and that software had us paying the IRS $9900. We went to Mike and he got our tax bill down $4000!! He carefully listened to out questions and asked us questions about potential deductions. He is a master of his craft that I HIGHLY recommend to anyone.

  Mike and his team have done my taxes now for 3 years, going on 4. I had done my own taxes before going to him, but when my mother passed away several years ago, I had to deal with her taxes as well as my own. Mike took all the stress out of that whole process, and I've stayed with him ever since. My situation is unique in that I am in California; it's so great that Mike is well-versed in CA tax law, especially with all the recent changes. Being able to take care of my taxes remotely has been such a great benefit. They are super responsive and were very patient with all the questions I had. Thank you, Mike and team, for the peace of mind and helping make tax season much less stressful!
