  Debit card was hacked and took 3 weeks for a replacement. Tried to get a credit card before the holidays and after 3 return trips to attempt to do this, the application was never processed. I've been with them for 22 years and I will be changing banks.

  WORST BANK 🏦 in the World I had an account here about 12 years ago WILL NEVER bank here EVER Again & You Don’t Need An account to get $10 Dollars in QUARTERS & you Screw people with that $1,000.00 overdraft fee 🤬🤬🤬😡😡😡👎👎👎

  Wow, Denise Antelo NMLS ID #1653307 Gave me the Most Exceptional Customer Service I could have ever received from any bank ever!!! I called to make an appointment to open a new account.Not only did she answer all my questions,but she assured me I was banking with the right bank.Thank you for making this experience during these awful times so easy and comfortable.Lets not forget Safe.

  Probably the worst financial institution I have ever dealt with. The ATM machine at this branch is CONSTANTLY out of service, making for a VERY frustrating experience. But even more revealing of this bank's lack of concern when it comes to customer service is the rude and cold response I receive when questioning the issue with the teller. Apparently, they're doing you a huge favor by letting you do business with them... how dare you inquire about a matter that brings into question their ineptness. I will be closing my accounts and moving them to a bank that knows how to treat its customers. This one clearly does not.

  To whom this may concern, I would just like to say that Jenna mederois ,bank service representative, went above and beyond to assist us with our student loan application. She was not only so very helpful, but was also very kind and patient . We were at this branch everyday for the last 4to 5 days and she always had a smile and never hesitated to help or answer questions. If she is a representation of your bank and it's employees, we are seriously considering switching to citizens bank. Can't express our graditude enough with Jenna and this branch.   Great stall and so very convenient. Would highly recommend. On paydays though can be crowded.
