  Ysaura was so nice and friendly, I needed a certified check for a closing the following day, handled me with care and quickly. I also witnessed the other bankers helping other and what a wonderful job they did.

  Tellers and Manager are a Total joke. No idea on customer service , for simple explanations on standard bank operating procedures. Maybe some training is in order?? Seems like the whole staff are lazy, and most of all No Help at All

  Only one person at the counter? During lunch hour during COVID? The CDC gives 10-15 minutes as appropriate for contracting the virus. The system the bank had deemed appropriate all but requires folks to wait in line this long at minimum. BoA is more concerned with cutting costs after raking in billions than doing the minimum to protect folks who depend on its services. They didn’t even open the windows or have fans going to move stagnant air! Horrible.

  My newly wed husband and I went to several branches that gave us a hard time about depositing the checks because of the way they were written. Finally, we got to the North Attleboro branch and Anthony (manager) was so incredibly helpful and was able to get them deposited for us! Thank you, Anthony! We are so grateful and will certainly make this branch our “go to” spot!

  The bank manager, Anthony, was absolutely useless. I called ahead to find out about having a legal document notarized. I provided very exact details indicating I would be signing on my husband's behalf using a dpoa. I was told that was fine and made an appointment. Once there and presenting the requisite documents, Anthony said he could not notarize it. He basically told me to go someplace else. I may be pulling all my accounts.

  STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCALITY This local helps scam companies steal your money. I lost more than $ 2000 because of them. I HAVE ALL THE EVIDENCE WITH ME

  Terrible service manager is slow as f... He should help when is busy or let people work he shuld let people make money I am sure he has enough

  I came in at the end of the day for a replacement debit card, which I had lost while traveling, the manager Nolene told me it would be a 30 minute wait then proceeded to take almost an hour with a group right in front of me, completely ignoring me.

  Diane and Anthony have both been very friendly and helpful, and met my needs during my visit. Wait time was minimal.

  They have very bad customer service skills. Staff is very rude and not approachable. There is not a good system in place. Would not recommend it to anyone.
