Todd Stack1Tellers and Manager are a Total joke. No idea on customer service , for simple explanations on standard bank operating procedures. Maybe some training is in order?? Seems like the whole staff are lazy, and most of all No Help at All

Allen MacLeod1Only one person at the counter? During lunch hour during COVID? The CDC gives 10-15 minutes as appropriate for contracting the virus. The system the bank had deemed appropriate all but requires folks to wait in line this long at minimum. BoA is more concerned with cutting costs after raking in billions than doing the minimum to protect folks who depend on its services. They didn’t even open the windows or have fans going to move stagnant air! Horrible.

Kaci Hoey5My newly wed husband and I went to several branches that gave us a hard time about depositing the checks because of the way they were written. Finally, we got to the North Attleboro branch and Anthony (manager) was so incredibly helpful and was able to get them deposited for us! Thank you, Anthony! We are so grateful and will certainly make this branch our “go to” spot!

Pat Swift Fulton1The bank manager, Anthony, was absolutely useless. I called ahead to find out about having a legal document notarized. I provided very exact details indicating I would be signing on my husband's behalf using a dpoa. I was told that was fine and made an appointment. Once there and presenting the requisite documents, Anthony said he could not notarize it. He basically told me to go someplace else. I may be pulling all my accounts.
