      The place was very cramped and small. The wait time was very long. Appointment was at 5:30, and we didn't get to sit down with the accountant until about an hour later. Parking is a pain in the ass around here, but the people that work here are trusty and reliable.

      Very irresponsible and unprofessional people!!. If you have any other option, please go for that. My experience with them is terrible. I approached them a month ago and was scheduled for filing my taxes. I needed an ITIN for my wife and kid. The day before my scheduled appointment, after 6 pm, somebody from their office called me and was letting me know that they need to cancel the appointment the next day, because "They are busy." Atleast, this people need to have some courtesy to let the clients know atleast a week before, if they have any change in schedule. I being a doctor, had to rechedule my patients to make it to that apointment and they simply want to cancel a scheduled appointment citing the reason "They're busy.." That too after 6 pm the previous day... How irresponsible and Unprofessional..

      This tax guy is horrible! Came in January 22nd to do my taxes, the Intake process was present, employees are nice and respectful but 2 weeks after my initial appointment I had to call every two days for a month straight to get them to finalize my taxes. Then when I came in to pay, my taxes were not submitted to the IRS for another 2 weeks later ! Unacceptable ! I filed a regular tax return nothing complicated. If time is a factor for you and you want good service I don't recommend using this guy.

      I've been getting my taxes prepared there for 12 years I don't think there's nowhere better. Great team of guys and gals.
