      I LOVE THIS STORE!! THE NICE LADY, SASHA, REALLY WORKED HARD TO HELP ME ACHIEVE MY GOALS AND HELPED ME TO COMPLETE MY TAXES CORRECTLY. SHE MADE THE PROCESS VERY EASY AND HAD SUCH A GOOD MOOD IT HELPED THE STORE HAVE A GOOD ORA AND I'M SO GRATEFUL FOR HER HELP DURING MY DIFFICULT TIME.       They’re some blasted crooks.Charging poor people $600 to prepare their taxes is disgusting.The woman who did my taxes said used some coupon to bring down the fee but nope they still took $600.I reported them to the BBB

      I was extremely late getting my taxes done this year and decided to go back to Liberty. I met two of the new staff members and they were extremely professional, the place looks great and bright, not like it did the year before when it looked like the place was going to shutdown and run off. The Tax Preparer was very knowledgable, thorough, and efficient. The guy Derrick walked my Wife and I through every part of our Tax Return so we actually understood what our return consisted of. I will definitely be back for the upcoming year.

      This Liberty Tax Service Office is different from any other one I've been to, they are down to earth, knowledgable, and know how to treat their customers. I highly recommend you visit this location to get your taxes filed. Ask for the manager Qwayde or the Lead Preparer Janet. The owner Derrick is super dope as well. They make the experience worth while.
