  I could not find vehicles for my fleet anywhere in Pittsburgh, I recently moved from NY and a friend suggested I call Hillside Auto Outlet. I had seriously been looking in Western PA and Southern OH for 6 weeks. The team at Hillside had 2 used 2019 Nissans in 30 minutes! This is literally after dealership after dealership could not help me. I cannot recommend them more highly, 5 stars and I want to thank Mikko for all his help with the paperwork, he made a virtual sale in another state a breeze.. Thank you again..

  I haven't bought a car, but in the process of ensuring my affairs are in proper order first. However, the dealership's owner offers top notch service. They work with practically everyone. You definitely made a friend if you ever visited this dealership.

  Please stay away from this company. All the vehicle are not good. They stick you in contracts with vehicles that are dangerous. Every time you having to bring back cars and they never get fixed. PLEASE STAY AWAY. The first car I got with them was so bad both my daughter and I could’ve die while driving the car, they didn’t want to take it back, I took it to there service station 11 times and then they realized they can’t fixed it so they give me a second vehicle and it’s actually worst. It rains in the car when it’s raining or washing. It’s so inconvenient do I beg anyone who reads this just stay away from all hillside auto outlets Just go to a real car dealership n get a brand new car because that’s what it’s going to cost you anyway

  I had bought a car from Hillside Auto and I was having some issues with the car so I came to Hillside Auto Outlet 2 service and they did a marvelous and wonderful job fixing my car! Thank you so much I'm so happy.

  Absolutely horrendous service. Called in to make an appointment to install a dashcam in a car and got an appointment for 8:30am on 12/08. I show up and guess what, these dudes open at 9am. So I wait and in typical style they open gates 10 mins late. No one at service desk. Called their main branch (where I bought my car from) to send someone to the desk and then finally a guy comes in who is clearly not a customer service person. I tell him about my appointment and he says nothing is scheduled and I should talk to Ismael. Sure, where is Ismail? He will be here at 10am (1.5hr after my scheduled appointment). I asked him to check my name in the scheduler, and he says THAT THEY DON’T HAVE A SCHEDULER. What kind of business takes appointment without a scheduler? So I just left because these folks are a chaotic mess. They also solicit their clients for 5 star reviews, which explains how this place has good ratings in Google.

  Worst auto dealership place. Manager Neil is the racist, lier and fraudster. Be alert guys.
