  I highly, highly recommend the Bonney Lake TAPCO Branch, the people and service are fantastic!. I recently moved to the area from California where I had been a a member of a different credit union for over 30 years. I knew I wanted to join a credit union up here and so I looked into the options around Bonney Lake. I went to a different CU in town and was very disappointed that the branch did not even have some basic services (like Tellers to assist in cash transactions). Luckily, my next stop was TAPCO. The Google 5-star rating is well deserved!!! It was such a pleasure dealing with the employees and setting up my accounts. They were extremely competent, knowledgeable, helpful, and pleasant. It took less than 15 minutes to get an account, set up a savings/checking account, order a box of checks, and receive an ATM card. It was actually a fun experience. I’m looking forward to returning to the branch to set up another account with my husband. Definitely 5-STAR

  I walked in to take advantage of the advertised "Legendary Auto Rates". I was immediately greeted by everyone in sight and helped out by Taylor J. to assist in refinancing my vehicle. Everything was finished within the day and I was successfully refinanced with TAPCO with little obstacles. Very satisfied with the service I received and I look forward to being a new TAPCO Member.   Taylor Johnson at the Bonney Lake branch did a great job helping my husband and I with an auto loan! She was quick, efficient, and very helpful with answering all of our questions! We will be returning to her for future loan and banking assistance!

  Taylor made refinancing our car an incredibly simple process! We got a great rate, some awesome perks, and ultimately have decided to move all of our banking over to TAPCO, despite having no issues with our previous credit union; they're just that good. I would highly recommend looking at TAPCO for any loans or general banking.

  Taylor was great. I got 600 bucks for bringing my loan to Tapco which is an added bonus considering my interest rate was 2.9 percent. From start to finish it was so easy to get a loan. I will definitely be back for my future loans. I felt supported throughout the process and really appreciated their customer first attitude.

  I spoke with Taylor over the phone and emails for a few days about a loan before going into this location to sign my documents. Taylor’s customer service and expertise would rival any bank I’ve ever dealt with. She truly cared and her follow through along our loan journey has been so nice. The peace of mind being able to email her a question and get a quick response made the search stress free. I would recommend this branch and Taylor to anyone. Glenn

  We love TAPCO in Bonney Lake. We shopped around a bit for an auto refinance and they really came through for us with the best interest rate we could find and really took care of us in the process. Taylor at this branch was extremely helpful and never impatient with my million and one questions about the process. Very happy we went with them and would highly recommend checking them out.

  We have received excellent customer service at this new location! Taylor Johnson has been exceptional in helping us with our truck and RV loan. She’s quick to respond and always willing to help in any way she can. She even had some goodies for us and the kiddos when we came to sign our paperwork! Whenever I have the option, I will use this branch for all my banking needs.

  Angelina, Taylor and the Tapco crew have been phenomenal to work with. They are incredibly communicative and responsive, and very pleasant to work with. My wife and I have had a great experience and would recommend these folks to anyone who has banking needs and is looking for great service.
