  We were first time home buyers and obviously very new to the whole process. She helped us understand what we needed to do and was always very responsive when we had a question or needed to know what potential payments would be. We are spending less on our mortgage than we originally planned for (which is a big plus) and were finished the whole home buying process in less than two months. We had a very good experience and I would highly recommend her.

  After working with Wells Fargo for 3 months on a refinance, I gave up and withdrew my application. I contacted Tanya and within a matter of 3 weeks I was set to close. Tanya was very efficient and great to work with. She always kept me up to date on how my loan was progressing. I would highly recommend Tanya at Mountain State Financial.

  Working with Tonya at Mountain State was an absolute breeze and amazing experience. Not only is she going to be saving us a lot of money and 12 years off our mortgage, but the process of refinancing was quick, painless, and so informational. She responded to all of our questions so quickly and with such great information that made us feel really good about a rather big ordeal for us.   Tanya has been so awesome in every aspect of the home loan experience. As first time home buyers over a year ago she was so great in walking us step by step during the entire process and answering every question and probably repeated question we had! Now, with refinancing our home a year and a half later she walked us through this again! She is honest and always looking out for your best interest. We have been so fortunate to work with her and learn the ins and outs of buying and refinancing. Even when the papers are signed and complete, she is always there to answer any questions that may arise! Would highly recommend!

  We originally started working with a bank to refinance our house, it took 1 month to get in for an appointment and 3 months for us to get an appraisal and when we got it there were 16 mistakes and our house had been appraised for 30,000 under our taxable value. This would mean we would have had to pay in $3,000. Frustrated we started looking for another option. Tanya was recommended highly by a family member so we took a shot. Tanya has our paperwork done within 1 week, I repeat she had everything done IN ONE WEEK. This woman worked evenings and weekends to make sure the process was efficient and stress-free for us. She was able to bypass our appraisal and get us the same rate as the bank with a $2,000 pay out! I cannot recommend working with her enough. Please do not hesitate to call her, she will make this process smooth and help you get an excellent rate.

  Tanya was recommended to us by our son. He used her in buying his new first home and said she will get you whatever you need. Well, Tanya did that and more. We felt very comfortable in all the choices she gave in finding a good loan for us. All our questions were answered in layman's terms to help us understand b4 we signed banking forms. In the end alls I have to say is TANYA LONG is the way to go!
