  You know most of the time the personal are very courteous and helpful. This morning New years eve day, I went through the drive up and one of your Bank personal looked at me like I was a poor worthless creep. I am in the middle of getting my life on track. I am a disabled veteran and I have been accepted for Social Security disability. I been struggling to get by. I have money in my account. So I drove up and asked her for a couple rolls of quarters well she gave me a huff and said sign this and walked away. So a young gentlemen asked me again what I wanted I told him again 2 rolls of quarters after around 10 mins I received my quarters. You know what I think your personal néed some training in customer service training.

  They have always been great to me. Whenever I have had difficulties they help me fix just all around good. Only issue I've ever had was with the loanofficer she was very rude. All in all ugh great place ad Nancy is who recommend a wonderful lady.

  the slowest drive thru in town. save yourself some time, drive across town, and do your business with a different location.
