  Tanner and Spencer were very helpful and honest through my home purchase and refinancing my home. Throughout the process, I was able to ask questions and know I was getting an honest answer that would be best for me. The rates and fees are the lowest I've seen. Signing and collecting the needed paperwork was seamless and did not become overwhelming. I would highly recommend this team!

  As a Realtor, I have worked with many Loan Officers. Tanner is by far one of the best. Always keeps me posted on files we are working on. Has NEVER missed a deadline and doesn't matter the time of day or night, he is always available for his clients.   With social media and online marketing on the rise and the number of real estate agents/mortgage lenders being innumerable. Buying property in our present time can be both difficult and confusing while making a decision who you can trust to assist you.
