  I have banked with Wells Fargo since 1974. Recently I was scammed by a caller claiming to be from Wells Fargo. The call came into my phone as "Wells Fargo." I answered it and he claimed someone was trying to get into my checking account and we needed to start a new one. He had me money wire to the "new account" which of course it was NOT. I lost over $2000. Just so you know, Wells Fargo will not back you up on this. I am switching banks.

  Yolanda was very kind. She has assisted me twice with banking issues and went above and beyond the expectations both times. She is kind, relatable and quick. She deserves a raise!!!

  Deposit check no matter how big or small and only get a quarter of the funds from it right away. Verified student loan and tax refund check. Rude staff. Opened another bank account somewhere else to ensure got my funds sameday. Shouldn't have to wait to pay bills because you wanna hold my money i deposited from guaranteed funds, did the same to money order the other day. Will be closing account soon

  Won't be accepting anymore checks from Wells Fargo members. To big of a hassle to cash and they charge 7.00 to cash a check.

  Sorry to read all the negative reviews for this place. I have been in twice while conducting out-of-town business in Rapid City. Eva was very helpful and sweet, and the other staff I have encountered here show much of the same spirit. Seems like old-fashioned banking in a small community, working at its best.

  Stopped in to see a banker about a possible home equity loan. No one available to speak to me. Made an appointment for the next day to see a banker. Checked in on time. No one available. Waited fifteen minutes and left. Apparently they know how to make an appointment, but they don't know how to keep an appointment. I'll take my business elsewhere.

  I went to cash a personal check from my landlord, who banks at Wells Fargo. The lady at the drive thru wanted me to come inside because I didn't have an account myself, when I got inside she told me that since I didn't have an account they would charge me a fee to cash it.. but if I signed up for this limited time offer I would get $200 dollars TODAY for opening an account and was told to wait for the next available person. I looked at the pamphlet she gave me and it wasn't $200 today and her sales pitch sucked. Went to the west side location, who cashed it no problem. What a joke.

  Please if you do anything in this life do not bank with Wells Fargo. My parent were burned by them a decade ago when they were Norwest and had money removed from their account because someone in another state had matching last names but no relation or authorization to our account. They warned me about banking with them but I ignored these pleas thinking Wells Fargo was different in company and management. Oh how wrong was I. Besides having a few accounts opened without my own authorization and by some employee and being treated at every angle like a moneybag with loans and "special offers" being thrown my way left and right I've had my time with Wells Fargo and nothing changed. If anything it got worse. Soon as I have all my affairs tied up with them I'll be closing all my accounts and making sure they shred my personal info. I don't want to get a letter in the mail saying I've opened 9 new checking accounts with a bank this mismanaged, corrupt, and unfriendly. Go local, you won't be treated to fancy banking apps or text alerts but it's better than having my credit score dropped so they can fill a quota.

  To all Wells Fargo Bankers. My father and mother's life savings and important papers have disappeared from their safety deposit box. Isn't a bank suppose to be safe? Isn't a safety deposit box suppose to be safe? "Not at Wells Fargo." Their willingness to help my father HAS been nothing but a joke!!!! He has been treated like "Hey dude sorry we cannot help you... this must have happen many years ago and it's not my problem" Pretty much what he heard from Adam "Manager"... They told him to go file a police report that he was robbed from his very own bank. They tell him they have no record of who drilled it or when it was drilled, why it was drilled, nor do they know where his items are. They kept taking the money out of his social security check to pay for his safe box. My father owed them nothing he was a loyal customer. See where it got my papa. This has made my father sick with worry, and us because we're worried about him, and his health. If anything happens to my father in the mist of all of this... TALK about SUE! If I banked at Wells Fargo I would go and check my SAFTEY DEPOSIT BOX NOW!!!!!! I hope Wells Fargo goes above and beyond for my father... They haven't yet, but I'm going to keep praying that they care of about their customers (LOL) "PLEASE" I'm on the phone with my father now... He said he has been had by his own bank. I hope his lawyer can help him but my papa said "How do I pay for the lawyer"
